This charming studio is located in the much-loved Telluride Lodge, just a short walk from Lift 7, Clark's Market, the scenic San Miguel River Trail, and only a few blocks from downtown. After a day of adventure, soak sore muscles in the Lodge hot tubs or curl up by your own fireplace.
This functional, comfortable studio on the ground floor features a queen bed and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Enjoy the warmth of a gas fireplace, a full kitchen for home-cooked meals, and a dining area with room to gather. Step outside to your private patio, where you can enjoy the mountain air and relax while taking in the mountain views.
You'll also have a full bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, free parking for one car, and plenty of closet space. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, festivals, or just a peaceful mountain escape, this studio puts you close to everything Telluride has to offer. From festivals to first tracks, this studio puts the best of Telluride within easy reach.
The Telluride Lodge offers ample parking opportunities, a sauna and indoor and outdoor hot tubs shared by the complex. Telluride Lodge also offers lots of green space and shared grills in the complex. Please note this unit does not have A/C, same as most units in Telluride.

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:
1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!
2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (someone always smells it!). $500 fine.
3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.
4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.
5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.
Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
