This adorable unit was soo clean and updated and the absolute perfect location for the beach, shopping and restaurants! Perfect spot for my daughter and I for a couple of days! The only thing I would improve is the condition of the beach chairs, they were really old and rusty but other than that this place was a 10!

10/10 perfect. Room was very beautiful and updated with all the amenities you could need. It was closer to the beach than we thought, about a 5 min walk, and not even 10 min walk to siesta key village. I can’t think of anything they could do to improve the quality of tour stay here. We would stay here again with hesitation!

The property had everything we needed for a quick stay at the beach. It is steps from both the beach and lots of restaurants/shops. A beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and towels were provided which was such a nice extra. The property was clean and newly renovated.

It was a great staycation for us. The location could not be better. You’re two minutes away from both the beach and the village. The apartment is tidy and cozy. The only thing that was not great is the sleeping arrangements for our 2 children. I’m not sure how two people are supposer to sleep on a couch that’s not a sleeper sofa . There were instructions how to put it together with pillows but it still doesn’t provide a sleeping space for 2. Otherwise, everything was great!

Location is excellent!

We had a wonderful vaca here ! Was a perfect size for 2 ….everything we needed for a 3-4 day stay was provided & the location was excellent! Very walkable to beach & plenty of restaurants. Love all the beach gear ( including an umbrella ). Would definitely stay again. If I had to say a negative it would be that the pillows were very fluffy - too much for a side sleeper so my neck was sore, ended up not using them. Otherwise I was very impressed with how clean it was - inside & out !

Perfect place!

The unit is updated and clean with a great bed and shower. The location is perfect. Close to the most beautiful beach and Siesta Key village. No car needed! We also loved the shared outside area with the chaise lounges, tables, and hammock. Beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, cooler are all included. I look forward to staying here again soon! My only (minor) complaint is that there is no dresser for clothes and limited closet space. So don’t overpack!

Great vacation overall!

The only thing we would change is that you had a bigger water heater. Even 2 people taking short showers-the water got cold at the end of the 2nd shower. If 4 people were staying in that room, 2 people would have had to take cold showers. Otherwise, the room was very cute and updated! The beach was just a few steps away and we enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets!

The host and property manager, Matt, were very responsive and accommodating! The place was perfect for us for our week at the beach. Appliances, pans, kitchen tools were in great shape. We did have a pet which was easy for us along with the perfect location to the beach and Siesta Village restaurants. The property is well maintained, very clean and spacious patio. We were provided plenty of chairs, wagon and umbrella. Next time I won’t bother to bring. We will definitely look here first for our next stay!
