Absolut, fantastisk lägenhet i ett perfekt läge! Välkommen till Happy Clam! Uppmärksamhet på detaljer i hela, rena och avkopplande. Perfekt på alla sätt! Detta nyligen ombyggda pärla är ett kvarter från den rena vita sanden på Siesta Key Beach och halv kvarter från Siesta Key Village. Där golfvattnet möter sanden och sanden möter byn.

Simma i en vacker uppvärmd pool vid det komplex som utsetts för gästerna. Det är sällan trångt och bekvämt beläget direkt bakom lägenheten.

Happy Clam är liten men rymlig med ett fullt utrustat kök, om du väljer att laga mat. Om matlagning är för mycket arbete då du är en mycket kort promenad till nästan 20 restauranger i byn där musik och kul följer några av de bästa färsk fisk och skaldjur, etniska läckerheter och fantastiska glass.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful beach home. Matter of fact we’re booking for next year too!! We have stayed in summer homes in July for over 20yrs and this is by far the best. If you want a beautiful beach home to stay this is definitely the best place ever. You’re just a block from the beach & shopping areas.

Wonderful beach getaway

The rental is perfectly located—just a short walk to the Village and the beautiful white sand beach. The home is clean, comfortable, and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. We love being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and enjoy the sunsets in the evening. Fun and easy beach getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Happy Clam. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed! We really appreciated the quality beach chairs, umbrella (loved the bub) and wagon! The bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and there were even back up appliances! Communication with the owners was great! Every detailed explained clearly. Cannot beat the LOCATION! Truly just steps to the village and a short walk to the beach! We highly recommend The Happy Clam and we would love to return one day!

Better than ever!

We’ve stayed at the Happy Clam several times over the last few years. It’s always great but the updates after damage from Hurricane Milton have made it even better. The new floors and appliances are great and the new bed is super cozy. As always, the location can’t be beat!

The Happy Clam made us very happy clams!

This was absolutely the most perfect location and place to stay!! Every want or need was already thought of when we stepped through the door. Even a sweet gift was waiting for us at check in!! Easy instructions for check in and check out. Communication with the owners was fabulous! Great parking, the pool area was perfect! Walk to restaurants and shopping in two minutes, walk to the beach in four minutes!!! We are so grateful to have spent our vacation at the Happy Clam!

Omg!!!! The most adorable 1 bedroom house with a great location. Queen sofa bed in the living room sleeps 2. 1 block from the village right behind the newly closed French Breakfast Restaurant (which was one of my favorites). The Happy Clam is approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the beach using beach access 3 or 4. My son said he wanted to live at the Happy Clam!! The house is nicely decorated very nice kitchen and bathroom. Outdoor area with table and chairs and shower lots of place to hang wet beach stuff. Great variety of beach stuff chairs umbrella toys boogie board. And access to a pool behind the house. Loved the Happy Clam!!!!

The Village vacation 2025.

Your place was very nice.We really enjoyed the property(pool).A few days we were the only people at the pool.You do have a newly paved road which grounded us for a couple days of going places.We love the village and we will return.Thanks again and we’ll be in touch for our next trip to the village.

Perfect Siesta Key property!

We enjoyed our second stay at the Happy Clam in early March! The condo was already updated and pristine last year, but Charlie and Sharen did some beautiful updates after last fall’s hurricane. It’s the cutest little coastal oasis just a block from Siesta Key village north and a couple of blocks to the spectacular quiet end of Siesta Key Beach!

Loved this place!

Clean, extremely convenient, and this place had anything and everything you could possibly need. From beach gear to kitchen items, it was fully stocked. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location!

The Happy clam did not disappoint! Very close to Siesta village and only about a block to the beautiful beaches. Super clean and comfortable with access to heated pool and laundry. We had a great stay and will definitely return.

Very clean! Loved the cozy feel with all the extras (pillows, sheets, throws, towels, beach accessories, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom). Owners had framed printed communication with clear instructions around the house. Parking was excellent with space provided in the village, right beside Happy Clam. everything in home was functioning and well maintained. Location was excellent! Walk to beach was easy but a little longer than our smaller kiddos liked in the heat of florida. Loved that the bathroom door had direct access to outside! Was great for rinsing sand off kids before going in house. Lots of thoughtful touches by these owners!
