Siesta Key Beach Cottage ligger precis vid Beach Rd tvärs över gatan från # 1 Beach i USA. Gå ut genom ytterdörren och gå över gatan till stranden tillgång # 7 och du är på den vita pulver Beach Siesta Key. Du kan kolla framfönstret och se skylten Beach Access # 7.

Om du letar efter lite lunch efter en dag på stranden går du ut genom dörren till Siesta Key Beach Cottage och går rakt upp till byn. Där hittar du vilken typ av mat du kan tänka dig. Om solen har gjort dig törstig finns det gott om alternativ att fånga din favoritcocktail medan du lyssnar på levande musik medan du sitter ute.

Ta stranden cruiser cyklar som erbjuds på Beach Cottage och cykla ner till norra änden av stranden. Där kommer du till en gammal betongbrygga som du kan gå ut och titta på solnedgången. Beach Cruisers är det bästa sättet att komma runt. Parkera bilen och kasta bort nycklarna. Promenera eller cykla runt nyckeln ........ lämna bilen på Beach Cottage !!!!

Vår gäst har möjlighet att träna gratis på Siesta Key Fitness Center. Det är det enda gym på Key och inom gångavstånd. Vårt medlemskap i gymmet gör det också möjligt för våra gäster att använda Fitnesscentret utan kostnad när de bor hos oss.

Stuga ombyggd 2011-helt ny inuti: Siesta Key Beach Cottage har totalrenoverats 2011. Allt inne i helt nya ..... allting. Utsidan har ommålats. Den bakre trädäcket är innesluten av ett trästak och har blivit renoverat och ommålat. Insidan har blivit vit tvättad målade. Nya trägolv i huvudrum och sovrum. Nya fönster hela. Alla köksmaskiner är nya. Granitbänk är ny. Badrummet har nytt kakelgolv, ny sluten glasdusch med ny kakelmur och golv och ny handfat. Väggarna och taket är cypress genom hela stugan. Skapa och fat säng och madrass är nya. Plattskärms-TV är ny. Denna Beach Cottage är i grunden helt ny men nautisk inredning och design har bevarat den beachy avslappnad känsla för det.
Detta är inte en condo ........ det är en Beach Cottage !!!!!

Spring Break 2025

Everything was described accurately. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Dave communicated everything we needed to know. The only thing you could possibly dislike would be the road noise because the bedroom window faces toward Beach Road but Spring Break brings out activity into and out of the village until the bars close.

Siesta Key Cottage

We stayed at this cottage for a week in March 2025. The cottage was right across the street from the beach and just a couple blocks from the center of town with many restaurants and stores. We didn’t have to drive the entire week; everything we needed was within walking distance. The cottage itself was very clean and well stocked with bath/beach towels, toilet paper and paper towels. There is cable TV in the living room and bedroom. Dave even checked in with us at the beginning and end of the week to make sure we weren’t having any issues with anything. I would consider staying at this cottage again in the future. Overall a much better experience than staying at a hotel since Dave provides beach chairs and bikes to use.

Great access to Siesta Beach

Cute beach cottage across street from beach access. It is a little noisy as is right on beach drive but traffic died down by 10-11 pm. Place is equipped well. Only thing it didn't have that we would have used is a toaster.

Cute Beach Bungalow!

We enjoyed this little duplex near the beach and close to town. Very clean and comfortable! There is some street noise day and night. Our neighbor's dog barked all the time (not our VRBO owner's fault, but still annoying). A few more expected amenities would have made the stay even better: hand towels, shampoo, wastebasket, floor mat needed in the bathroom. A warmer blanket for the bed, and a throw for the couch would have been nice. Nice place for two people. We really liked this place!

The perfect getaway cottage

Beautiful cottage with the perfect amount of space and amenities in a great location. Conveniently located down the street from the strip and right across the street from the beaches. Highly recommend to any couple whose looking to relax for the week

Perfect Beachside Cottage with All the Comforts

My husband and I stayed at this cottage for a week, and it was incredible! The cottage is fully equipped with everything you might need. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is just steps away from the beach and the local village, which has a coffee shop, grocery store, ice cream parlor, and numerous restaurants. Even when it rained, as it often does in Florida, it was so soothing to listen to the rain from inside the cottage. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place!

This was an absolutely lovely cottage. Impeccably clean and retro chic beach decor. The bed was very comfortable. There was excellent communication with the host. It is a 6 minute walk to the beach, via beach access #7. There is a free trolley that goes from Turtle Beach on Midnight Pass Road through to Siesta Key Village on Ocean Road. Siesta Key Village is close enough to walk. Parking can be a challenge in the village, so we left our vehicle in cottage driveway and either walked or took trolley. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off beach sand. There are two bicycles there, which unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of. This was a VERY enjoyable stay because the cottage was cosy and we felt right at home and convenient to almost everything. If we return to this area, we would definitely stay at this location again if it is available. Thank you, Dave, for everything. We appreciated it sincerely.

Siesta Key July 2024

This was our 3rd year staying in Dave's properties. As always, great property and great host. The location cannot be beat. The cottage is perfect, and Dave provides everything. We have already booked next year.

Beautiful place with short walk to the beach! The cottage was clean and the hosts were very responsive and accommodated everything we needed. We loved our stay and would definitely go back. Fantastic property!

Amazing Beach Cottage

The cottage was everything that was shown and even more! It had everything we could need and it was steps away from Beach Access #7. We loved the outside patio area and the shower. It was a 5-7 minute walk to Siesta Key Village and some really good restaurants. Also a great coffee shop. It was everything we hoped for and more! We definitely want to make a return trip!!

The CUTEST little place to stay in Siesta Key!

Super clean and very easy access to the property with details from my Host. My host was also incredibly friendly and helpful giving me tips at local places to do things and local places to eat! There is also multiple beach accesses very close nearby. I loved being able to bring my dog Lola with me and it was perfect for the two of us! Thank you so much, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Perfect getaway!

This is the perfect cottage for a couple’s getaway! It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever rented. It is so tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s right across from the beach access and only a 4 minute walk to Siesta Key village. There were also bikes available at the cottage which we used every day. Dave was a great host and we highly recommend staying at this cottage. We can’t wait to go back!

Cottage Charm

Beautiful cottage. Very well decorated. Clean and Classy. Loved everything about the cottage, the beach and the island. Biked to breakfast and dinner. Made friends on the trolley. Swam with a manatee and just loved the simplistic and charm of a perfect week. I will be back again this year.

Great beach cottage!!!

Amazing cottage! Just perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. Very clean and super short walk to beach acces. Can watch the sunset every night if you desire. Highly recommend!!! We will make this a destination again in the future.

Nice cottage in great location

Right across the street from Beach 7 and only two blocks from all the shops and restaurants. The cottage was very nice, extremely clean (didn't see a single bug, which is rare in FL), and comfortable for the two of us. We made good use of the available beach chairs, umbrella, and bikes, and appreciated the outside shower to clean off after beach outings. Owner was very responsive. You'll need to take quarters for the laundry (we couldn't get the app to work). A bit of road noise, primarily on the weekend, since it's along a main thoroughfare.

Location, location, location!

This is a perfect place to stay! It is very clean and comfortable! Everything you need is provided. David is easy to work with and responds quickly. It is so close to beach access #7. I would definitely stay there again

We are the owners of the Siesta Key beach cottage. We live down in Bonita Springs full time. Dave is from Michigan and Tricia from St Louis.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Dave has been coming to Siesta Key his whole life. He lived on the Key right out of college from 94 to 97. When Dave met Tricia they would drive up to Siesta Key for long weekend vacations. Then in 2010 the beach cottage went up for sale and the Kessel's made it theirs.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One of the main benefits of the beach cottage is location. You can walk every where. The beach is across the street The Village is around the corner. Another benefit is the unit itself. It is continually updated inside. From towels to dishes to furniture.
