Thank you for your review! We’re so glad to hear that you had a great time despite the snow challenges! It sounds like the snow added to the magic of the experience, even if it made the driveway a bit tricky. We have looked into providing a shovel for future guests to avoid improvising with a dustpan! It’s great to hear the hot tub helped you unwind after a day of snowboarding. We’d love to host you again for another snowy adventure!

Thank you so much for staying with us and taking the time to leave a review. We are so glad to see that you enjoyed the cabin and the great views. We do have a hot tub tech who services the hot tub between every guest, but please always call if you think the chemicals need tending to and we are happy to have him come out and check. Other than that, we're so glad you enjoyed your stay! It was an absolute pleasure to host you and we hope you come stay with VRC again soon :)

Rachel, Thank you so much for taking the time to share you experience at our cabin. We're thrilled to hear that you and your families enjoyed the spaciousness of the cabin, especially with teenagers in tow, and that you made great use of the downstairs area for games and recreation. The hot tub sounds like the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with the upstairs television and the Apple TV. Your feedback is invaluable, and we'll be sure to address this issue promptly to ensure a smoother experience for our future guests. It's fantastic to hear that you found a workaround by airdropping movies from your ipad. Overall, we're delighted that you had a good experience, and we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again soon If there's anything else we can do to enhance your next stay, please don't hesitate to let us know. -Holly
