Welcome to Endless Summer Beach House, a rare ocean-and-river retreat in the heart of Cocoa Beach. This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps 12 guests and offers the perfect blend of coastal relaxation, family comfort, and Space Coast excitement. Located steps from the Atlantic Ocean and overlooking the Banana River, the property delivers sunrise-to-sunset views and a true Florida beach experience.
Inside, guests enjoy an open-concept layout with multiple living areas, Smart TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fiâideal for families, groups, and extended stays. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for preparing meals at home. Five thoughtfully furnished bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably, making this home perfect for multi-family vacations.
Outdoor living is a highlight at Endless Summer. Lounge by the private heated pool, enjoy riverfront dining on the back deck, or watch unforgettable sunsets over the Banana River. The home includes kayaks for exploring nearby waterways and provides front-row seating for SpaceX and NASA rocket launches.

No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted to maintain a clean, allergy-friendly environment.
No Parties or Events: The home is for registered guests only; no loud parties or unauthorized gatherings.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pool Safety: Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool.
Security: Lock doors and windows when leaving. Exterior security cameras are in use for safety.
Energy & Safety: Turn off lights, fans, and outdoor equipment when not in use. Ensure grill/fire features are fully shut off after use.
Respect the Property: Please treat the home with care and report any damage immediately.
Violations of house rules may result in additional fees or early termination of stay.
