Enjoy island living at its finest in this home! Indulge in your own private plunge pool, all within an enclosed backyard. You'll stay directly across the street from Billish Park and a canal/boat ramp, and the beach is just a short drive away. Central air conditioning makes the inside a tranquil retreat, and you can wind down in front of the electric fireplace if you've spent all day at the beach. Granite countertops are installed all over the home, from the full kitchen all the way up to the designated desk workspace upstairs. You'll love all the beachy decor inside and out! The main bedroom's private balcony is perfect for enjoying the fresh air after a night out.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: One car garage and room for two cars in the driveway.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Pool: Is heated to 80 degrees , it does not get hot tub hot.
