We sincerely apologize for the shortage of toilet paper and paper towels upon arrival. This should not have happened, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. We also hear your concerns about noise from the units above, particularly from the cleaning crew in the early morning. We understand how disruptive that can be. We're committed to ensuring adequate supplies are stocked before each check-in and will review our cleaning schedules to minimize early morning disturbances for guests.
