Great home in a great neighborhood! Very clean and bright. Private outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable memory foam beds and cozy bedding. Would definitely stay again!

My partner and I stayed at this property with our dog recently. The home was very comfortable and extremely clean. The location was convenient to any amenities we desired with great walkability. Our favorite spots were Stella Jean's Ice Cream and Sonny's Pizza. The front yard (which was completely fenced so our dog could roam around safely) was very private and lush with a wonderful front porch. But best of all was our Host, Jake! He was always available to us at a moment's notice although there was never a need to contact him since there were absolutely no issues that needed addressing during our stay. We are very much looking forward to our next trip to San Diego and wouldn't think of staying anywhere but this property.

The house is ridiculously cute, well kept, and tastefully appointed. The beds were very comfortable - so much so that I can’t recall ever having slept better at a rental than we did here. The home is conveniently located and in short walking distances to local restaurants and shops. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Don’t hesitate. Book it!

The property looked just like the picture. It was clean and nicely staged. The problem is that it has about 5 steps to enter the house there are not hand rails to hold on to for your safety. Once you enter into the home each room is raised about 1\2 inch from the foundation. Must be careful when entering and extending the rooms. The fireplace is on a raised cement foundation close to the master bedroom which we hit our toes several times. The kitchen is on a slope which does have yellow caution tape so caution is required when entering the kitchen. The main bathroom is tiled, with a one inch step right on top of another step. My guest fell in the bathroom due to the awkwardness of the steps. She into the shower banged her head on the tile, got a 2 inch cut from the tile on her leg and sever cut on her foot. Paramedics were called. She received stitches on her leg and foot. The host was informed of her condition. I hope modifications can be done to prevent others from getting injured.

Immaculate and charming house. Lovely front courtyard and back patio. Also easy access to freeways and just a shop hop from Balboa park. A nice touch to provide beach towels! Recommended!

This place was in such a great location. It was so easy for us to out and do things, but also very comfortable to stay in and relax. The off-street parking was so nice to have, especially since we had a baby, so didn'thave to haul her stuff for blocks at the end of the day. Specifically for families with younger kids, having a pack & play AND a high chair was so nice. The host was very responsive in their communication and the check out task list was very reasonable.
