Welcome to this charming one bedroom unit in the heart of Berkeley. This lovely rental features a cozy bedroom, a private bathroom, and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for extra guests. With heating, portable AC, a hair dryer, an iron & iron board, and the laundry set, I will make sure to let you have a wonderful memory of your stay.
Walk 0.1 miles to public bus #79 or bus #38, 0.2 miles to bus #12, 0.4 miles to bus Orange S and Red S, 0.8 miles to bus #18, The one bedroom unit has a private bathroom with a shower is located in the heart of the North Berkeley Hill/Marin circle, CA. 94707. The property has view of the famous Golden Gate Bridge, the Bay Bridge and the bay. Variety of fruit trees and flowers are in the front yard. Newly built the deck is on the side yard with the BBQ grills, wine cooler, ice maker, tables and chairs for you to enjoy outdoor fresh air.
