Welcome to your Arizona getaway! This private retreat is designed for relaxation, fun, and unforgettable memories. Wake up under the Arizona sun, sip coffee by the pool, practice your short game on the putting green, and spend evenings under the stars with friends and family. Whether youâre here for a weekend escape, a golf trip, or a family vacation, this home delivers the perfect balance of relaxation and entertainment.
Living Area:
Step into this bright and inviting living space. The open concept living area features plenty of comfortable seating, and a large flat screen smart television for family movie night or your favorite sporting events.

Breakfast table, dining table, patio table
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances and every amenity youâll need.
Bedrooms and Bath space:
Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king size bed and wall mounted TV.
Bedroom 2: Bunk room with 1 double lower bed, single twin for top bunk plus a lower trundle bed.
Bedroom 3: One queen bed with wall mounted TV
Bedroom 4: One queen bed with large closet
Bathroom 1: Stunning bathroom with standing shower, double vanity, and large walk in closet.
Bathroom 2: Beautiful full bathroom with tile shower.
Gaming Area:
This space is designed to bring everyone together. Enjoy the arcade games, board games, or sit back and listen to some music.

Access to washer and dryer.
Garage:
Two car garage with electric vehicle charger.
Backyard & Covered Patio:
This backyard has it all, custom putting green, large pool with water feature, and a shaded patio with plenty of lounge seating. Grill up dinner on the outdoor BBQ and sip cocktails by the fire.
We have installed a child safety latch and auto closing feature to the rear sliding door. Our home security system will also audibly inform you if the sliding door has been opened.
Location:
Located in the North Phoenix / Scottsdale area between state route 51 and the 101. Both are major thoroughfares for travel with access to the some of the best locations Arizona has to offer. We are centrally located to some of the best shopping, outdoor dining, music, museums, and local annual attractions. Stay with us and experience the Barrett Jackson auto auction, Waste Management Golf Tournament, or MLB spring training. We have water parks, hiking, tube river rafting, ATV desert riding and so much more. Being so close to everything in Scottsdale and Phoenix means UberEats is readily available. Turo car rental or ride sharing is also available.
Our home has plenty of space and is fully equipped for guest convenience. We recommend heating the pool if you plan on visiting between October and May. Evenings are cooler this time of year and can reduce water temperature.
