***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone.

*** Gardeners may visit during your stay. They will respect your space and privacy and will not bother you.

***Please do not block the sidewalk to AVOID receiving a ticket
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside and outside.
- Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the noise curfew.

- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.

- Respect our neighbors. Our homes are close together and our neighbors are our friends who are not on vacation, so please respect quiet time.
