This home sits on a multi-use property, with a neighboring boat storage business next door. Along with the main 4-bedroom, 2-bath house, guests also enjoy a private studio cottage, perfect for added privacy or extra space.

The large, updated kitchen makes cooking easy, with modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the essentials. It flows into a spacious dining area, ideal for family meals or casual gatherings.

The game room is set up for fun with a pool table, foosball, and dartsâperfect for friendly competition. The living room, with comfortable seating and a smart TV, is great for movie nights or simply relaxing.
đ Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The four bedrooms feature comfortable bedding for a good nightâs rest. Bathrooms are freshly updated, with tiled showers and modern finishes for a clean, refreshing feel.
đż Outdoor & Fitness
Enjoy the covered porch with rocking chairs for morning coffee, or gather around the fire pit under the stars. A small fitness area is also available for guests who want to stay active during their stay. Two shared kayaks available for use.
