Great house and location

We came in town for Spring Training and wanted a house for a grown family to enjoy. The house and neighborhood were fantastic and the host was on top of things!

Spring training 2025

Great property with lots of amenities provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. Location was close to shopping, restaurants, spring training ball parks etc… lots of space in the house, bedrooms etc… cleanliness of the property was outstanding. We rate it a 10. Will stay here again

Avondale race weekend

This property was well worth it. This weekend was busy but we felt so comfortable and the house was clean and better than advertised. Definitely will stay again.

Spring training

Took my 87 yr old, hard to please, mom to spring training, and she loved the house and the personalization. Clean, had everything we needed and extras. Great neighborhood, easy contact with Marty. Definitely recommend

Perfect house, while away from home

The house was perfect for our family size. It was equipped with everything you would need for a family with small children. It is located near a lot of stores and restaurants and the neighborhood is quiet. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

NCAA men’s basketball tournament trip with family

We came to Phoenix for the Men’s NCAA final 4 games. The house was in great. We enjoyed hanging out and watching TV on the big screen and kitchen worked well for our family. Easy access to lots of convenience and a quiet street.

Spacious family friendly home with short driving distance to many entertainment options!

We have a family of 5 and this fit us perfectly plus some. This space felt homey, and safe (again little kids) with its decor and furnishings! Many nights of cooking went smoothly with having access to cooking essentials. And if we chose to go out we were within a mile or 2 of many options of restaurants or entertainment. Location was perfect for us, we will be looking to stay again!

Travel during the Coronavirus

We had our trip planned to Phoenix for well over a year for a family wedding. The un-invited coronavirus decided to make itself known at the very same time. We were nervous about what we would find upon our arrival. The house was perfect! It was very clean and included everything we needed to hang out - plenty of TV's - with Direct TV, Netflix and Roku, Xbox with games, board games - and most importantly everything to prepare meals! As all bars and restaurants were closed - we could make our own - including grills. The house was plenty big for us to spread out - and even had a printer so some of us could do some remote working. We loved it and will check it out again for our next trip to Phoenix. Thanks Marty!

Baseball spring training

We came to phoenix for baseball spring training. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was equipped with everything we could need. Close to many restaurants and shops. Easy travel to all ballparks. Marty was great to deal with. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great vacation rental

This rental has everything that you could ever need. Family of 6 and everyone has their own space. I loved that we could do laundry each evening and I was able to cook meals, every amenity you need is provided. It’s a quiet neighborhood and plantly of restaurants and grocery store near by. We will definitely use this rental property again when we visit.

Nice House

This is a very comfortable home, nicely furnished and very conveniently located for access to most of the Spring Training baseball parks. Our only problem was learning to operate the television.

Traveling workers paradise

work has my crew and myself traveling all across the USA. We found this place and were very pleased with it. Very spacious with all the amenities of home. The grill and patio was a great addition for them long work days where all you wanted to do is kick back and enjoy a cold beer and fresh steak. If ever back in the area, we will be checking into here. Owners very helpful and courtesy as well.very quite neighborhood with great neighbors.

Great home and very helpful owner

This was my first time renting through VBRO and Marty made the experience as easy as could be. If you are worried that this is a scam, trust me, it's not. Marty was very quick to answer my concerns and made the check in and check out process easy. We had a piece of mail shipped to Marty's home and he made it so convenient for us and when we checked in, it was waiting for us on the table. THANK YOU! The home was very spacious and big enough for our family. The plus is that when we got there, he had toys for our kids to play with and keep them occupied. My kids also loved the big tub in the master bedroom. I loved the big spacious walk in closet in the master bedroom. The house is close to everything. We went to Wal-Mart, Starbucks, Jack In The Box, the nail salon, Hawaiian BBQ spot and they were all, literally, down the street, which made it easier for all of us in our home. There was also a Wii system in the loft area and the only downfall on that was that there weren't any batteries for the remote so we couldn't use it. Other than that, it was such a great experience for us and thank you Marty for your wonderful home.

Fantastic Stay

I came down with a group of guys, we travelled 30 hours by truck. We had so much space in the house it was nice to get away from the guys when you just needed to chill. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of TVs and a gaming console it felt like i never left home. All amenities were 5-15min away just as described. Quite neighbourhood no one even batted an eye to see who was staying at the house. Thank you Marty, hope i can do it all over again next Feb!

Close to so much

Thank you Marty for allowing us to stay at your place. The house had plenty of room and my son enjoyed the Wii upstairs in the loft. The house is close to everything. Plenty of places to eat, shop, etc. We will definitely consider this place again when visiting AZ.

Great time

Had a great stay everything was as described in pics excellent wi-fi and barbeque close to great golf courses quiet neighbourhood access to hwy 10 easily Host was very accessible and accomadating. Great stay!

We loved this place. It was in a great location and easy to get around with a car. It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals so we didn't have to eat out every meal. We appreciated that there were video games and board games for the kids. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful when we had any questions. We will definitely be back.
