Making Memories with My Granddaughter

We arrived after closing, but the manager had left lights on for us! So welcoming! Also, management was quick to respond when I called about the coffee pot not working. Thankfully, we found another one on site! Only wish the correct latch for washer had arrived while we were there, but that’s life! We will definitely come back!

Family Vacation 🏖️

I loved this place it was exactly like the pictures. Very cute and comfortable! Great location with great views and easy access to beach! I would definitely recommend!

Nice beach rental

The condo was perfect for our family beach vacation. Close to activities on Pensacola beach and Fort Pickens with easy walking access to the Gulf beaches across the road.

10/10 would do again!

This was a cozy, cute little place, and had most of everything we needed. We had some minor mishaps with things and was within normal limits of renting. The view was great and I would definitely rent again.

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our stay and the property manager was great! We ended up booking an extra night with ease! A short walk to the beach and an even shorter drive to the public access!

This place was very clean!

We loved our stay. The ONLY suggestion would be to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. We kept rolling into each other😋 Highly recommend this place , super clean and a short walk to the beach. We will be going back for sure!!!

Great!

Very convenient if you don't mind a short walk to restaurants, etc. Great access to bay and ocean. Property very clean. Owner was very nice and even left cookies and a thank you card.

Our home away from home

We have stayed in many of baywatch condos. H3 is definitely on top of the list! From the home feeling you get, to the great beach vibes. The condo was stocked with all the kitchen must haves and the most comfortable couch! The rental staff was amazing greeting us on our arrival and delivering fresh baked cookies for our departure. Definitely a must stay in visiting the area!!

Nice place, close to everything we wanted.

The condo was clean, easy to get to, and perfect for the 4 of us. Minutes from eating, shopping, and the beach. Had a little trouble with the TVs and cable(probably from the tropical storm) but the property manager was helpful. Thanks for helping make our first beach vacation pleasant!

We love Baywatch

We have stayed in several properties, this one is our favorite so far. The only complaint that I would have is the couch could use an upgrade. Not very comfortable for a family to sit on, and the wicker chairs are not comfortable.

Perfect in every way!!

This condo was adorable!! EVERYTHING you need is there on top of extras like fresh baked cookies the night before your departure. We had 5 people and slept very comfortably. I love how you have the options of the bay,pool, and a 3 minute walk to beach. I will without a doubt be booking again. It felt like home.

Best Friend Trip

This was my 3rd time staying in this condo…I love it. Very cute and comfortable. There was still lots of damage all around from a storm so views from balcony were not the best. There was a terrible sulphur smell coming from the sink and around the property. We had a great time and I will recommend to others.

Good location, nice property..

Communication with SurfSide Properties was great. Convenience to the beach, great. Property was nice, it’s older but nicely kept. The pool looked great, chairs and lounges a bit dated but the entire pool and area was sparkling clean. The unit, H3, was listed as upscale, personally, it a standard condo for that property; nice and with an abundance of beach decor and small stools for sitting. it did have a small wine cooler, that was impressive. Overall a nice place to stay, easy parking, steps from the Gulf, clean and a nice property management staff.

Family Beach Trip

This was an affordable and solid place to stay in Pensacola Beach. A few blocks from the gulf, and in a great location overall, this condo helped create a good backdrop for our family of four. There does need some work done- kitchen lights always flickering, low water pressure, microwave handle, etc. All mostly cosmetic things, but did take away from the overall experience. The pool and bay access were great, and as a whole we enjoyed our stay. Shoutout to Sam with Baywatch who checked us in- she had EXCELLENT communication.

Clean and the perfect location

The property is so close to everything on Pensacola Beach without all of the traffic. There is plenty of space to bring in your personal items. The unit is not cluttered with stuff. I give the unit an A+ on cleanliness. It is exactly like the pictures. Such a relaxing place. Surfside was very responsive and made it easy to check in and out. I will book this unit again. Don't be concerned it's not right on the beach. Fort Pickens has plenty of beach for you:) plus the fort has the added benefit of watching Blue Angels practice.

Home away from home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property in Pensacola Beach so much, we won’t hesitate to book here again! Pensacola Beach is one of our favorite destinations! This was our first time booking an VRBO, so there was, of course, some anxiety. We were thrilled it was the exact property we choose and an alternative property wasn’t necessary. It was a place a would pick for my home residence and how I would decorate a beach home! We had pretty much everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed the extras, including cookies on the day before we left, as a thank you and road trip home nourishment! Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay! Can’t wait to come back! Not too many places or locations have the bay/sound view and a gulf view!

This was a beautiful place to stay and was very clean. For families with very young kids, it isn't child proofed. We were constantly having to follow our 1 year old around and get him to stop touching decor and outlets. There was a really loud party going on in a different condo one night. My husband and I were both up for probably 2 hours in the middle of the night because of it and our 1 year old kept coming close to waking up too. It didnt really quiet down again until about 2 or 3 in the morning. It's no fault of this particular condo, but noisy neighbors could be a concern. We would definitely go back, but not until our littlest kids are a little older.
