Detta är ett privat komplex med endast 64 enheter och fem våningar. Bredvid Maravilla Resort och Beach Retreat. Perfekt lägenhet för en familjesemester. Det bästa poolområdet på Old 98. Poolen är fantastisk! 4000 kvadratmeter flernivå med oändlighetskant, barn 0 entré promenad i område med svamp vattenfall lekplats, vuxen vattenbänk område. Frodig landskapsarkitektur, badtunna och stora solstolar med solstolar, stolar, bord och parasoller. Grilla område också!

Vackra 300-talet strand med gott om plats och gratis strandservice (paraply och stolar) MAR till och med oktober, bara en kort promenad bort.

Denna uppgraderade enhet 302 har 1100 kvadratmeter Gulf Side Condo ligger i det vackra Miramar Beach-området på Old 98. Det är en kort promenad till den berömda restaurangen Captain Dave's, Pompano Joes & Kenny D's. Utsikt över viken och poolen från din stora balkong som har en soffa för läsning och avkoppling.

Sovrum med king size, kudde topp, Serta madrass. Lyxiga sängkläder. Befälhavaren svit erbjuder en full storlek byrå, 32 "platt-TV, DVD-spelare, CD-klocka larmradio. Stort badrum med stor storlek fåfänga och lagringsutrymme.

2 weeks of sunshine for my soul

Check was so easy. We could see the ocean from our balcony. Layout of condo and pool was fantastic. Spacious for a couple with a small family. Very quite in October. Building is very sound proof. Owner was great to communicate with. If we come back to Destin, Beach Resort is the only place i would stay. Best accommodations ever!!

Home away from Home

Perfect location! Walking distance to many delicious restaurants and shopping. The condo was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The beach service comes in handy and just a short walk from condo. The owners check in on us and very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Bday getaway

Stayed a few nights with my husband and our 20 month old for my birthday. Our first time staying at this complex. Location is great, close to beach access and a few restaurants very near by. Owners very easy to work & communicate with. The condo itself is very comfortable and felt homey for our stay; it was very clean. Loved the close walk to private beach access, beach service included, and our little girl loved the heated pool (a deciding factor when picking where to stay). We would absolutely stay here again & recommend it to you as well! :)

Fall Break Week

We enjoyed staying in this property. The kitchen was well stocked and the view of the pool area was beautiful. Only had to use the elevator when checking in and checking out because of using the carts. Condo is just a short flight of steps and was good exercise for us. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo.

Great family location!

This rental was a great place for a family to stay! The heated pool was wonderful, the private beach was a BEAUTIFUL and easy walk with beach chairs provided, and located in an overall nice location if you want to check out other Destin sights! The condo was smaller and not crowded. We enjoyed our stay!

Honeymoon Stay

The condo was amazing! It was well stocked with kitchen utensils. The balcony was great to just sip some coffee and enjoy the views. The pool and hot tub area was so clean, well kept and just great to just relax and enjoy yourself. The property was close to any restaurant you may want. You were walking distance to 3 places to eat. Easy walk to the beach. The owners were so nice! They checked on us when we checked in and when we first rented the condo. Just all in all a fantastic place! I would definitely recommend. 10/10!

Great location

This property was great. Any issues were handled immediately and professionally. Scott was easy to work with and just a text away if we needed anything. Could use a deep cleaning, but met most of our needs. I’m just a little bit of a clean-freak. ;) Has a well stocked kitchen, with plenty of utensils and sharp knives, which is rare with rentals. Could use a step stool in the property for short kiddos like mine. The ladder to the bunk bed was a little difficult for my kiddo to navigate (hard for her to get her leg over the rail easily) but these are very minor details. You’ll love the location and the pool was a dream come true for the kids. Thanks for sharing your home with my family.

Beach stay

The owners communicated quickly and efficiently and sent needed information along with helpful suggestions. The unit was nice, clean, and provided all essentials. Unfortunately for us, the wind was too high to be allowed in the ocean. However, the pool and hot tub were amazing and the grounds were well kept. Everyone was very nice.
