The unit was clean. However the selection of coffee cups was slim. The water flow in bathroom sink was very minimal. No plastic glasses were present to carry down to pool for viewing of sunsets. Weather was great!

Fabulous location. Great communication with the property manager. The suite needs upgrading but we love the resort.

The unit needs love … complex is beautiful!

For the price; the owners of the unit should be ashamed of themselves. The dishwasher is extremely rusted inside, it’s a health hazard. The pans are that black Tfal and they were WHITE from being so scratched. The stove is rusted, no oven mitts or hot pad (that was a surprise when cooking). TV didn’t work (not big deal), coffee maker was rusting/filthy, walls are very banged up, no bbq utensils. Grateful for the beach chairs! The shutters by the lanai don’t open. When we arrived I did do a little clean, my preference. THAT BEING SAID, the property, beach, and grounds are so beautiful. The front desk staff were kind. And having the rental shop was great. The Gazebo restaurant was always busy, but calling in a to go order was fantastic!

Have you inspected property ?

Property claims recent remodel. The stove has rust on it. The dishwasher has rust inside and out, the racks have disintegrated and dishes fall through. The kitchen sink appears to have mold in the cabinet underneath from previous leaks. The management company gave us a schedule of upcoming construction and remodels of the buildings. G 156 isn’t scheduled for 2024 or 2025.

Great location..subpar unit

Nothing special for the price. Little attention given to details; ie, grungy patio chairs, coffee maker, appliances, pans, cabinets. Noisy toilet and hard water faucet stuck in bathroom. Minimal toiletries/kitchen supplies for long-term stay by management company.

Beautiful location but shabby room

We love Napili Shores and have stayed here many times. But This room was the shabbiest, most poorly equipped we've ever experienced. It felt abandoned by the owner. ITrip, the managers, were very responsive to our requests, though.

Great Beach Hawaii Vacation

My wife and I were traveling for a week long vacation for our anniversary to Napili and this unit was perfect. It was the right size for two and the direct access to the grass, beach, and pool was amazing. The unit is small, but was clean. It’s not the most glamorous space, but it’s fine for our needs. They could provide more amenities like more toilet paper but other than that everything was great. I would stay in this unit again.

Napili Shores stay

We had a great stay at Napili Shores. We particularly loved the close proximity to the beautiful Napili beach, which we walked to nearly every day. If you wanted to walk further or drive a few minutes, there were other wonderful beaches to check out. Renting and returning snorkel and beach gear was a piece of cake at the adjacent Water Works Sports. The king-sized bed was comfortable and the kitchen held many cooking necessities if you wanted to make your own meals. I knocked a star off because our key cards stopped working twice during our stay, once afterhours (at 8:30 pm) which necessitated walking back the main lobby to call security to let us back into our room. Though it wasn't very disruptive and we preferred to be on the ground level, we could hear the neighbors upstairs moving around.

Amazing stay!

We love staying at Napili Shores!! The condo is great and has all the little things that you would need while on vacation. The views are stunning and the services are well maintained. I would recommend this to anyone going to Maui!

Napili Shores Birthday stay

Property is beautiful. You cannot say enough about location and layout. Room was clean and tidy. Although a little more light in the kitchen would be immensely helpful. My only issue was the additional fees. The advertised rate was one thing. Then boom fees,fees,fees. Even 75.00 just to check in after all the other fees. Just give me an all in rate and call it good. But overall very impressed. Bar was fun for Cico de Mayo happy hour. Pool was perfect temp and hot tub was great conversation. Will definitely stay again.

Great Spacious Studio apt with Ocean View

Fantastic place! Very clean, had everything we needed. Well appointed and comfortable. Best breakfast place steps away, as is the ocean beach. Grounds of the complex very well maintained and are full of beautiful plumeria trees. I could go on a on.. basically i highly recommend it. We plan to come back!

Awesome Location

We had another great stay at Napili Shores. The condo was fun with a little ocean view. We enjoyed the ground floor unit for the ability to quickly walk to both pools, the Gazebo, the beach, etc. We'd definitely stay here again! G156 was well equipped with everything we needed.

Great value in an unbeatable location

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Napili Shores. Communication and instructions from the host was great throughout our entire trip. But this rental is all about the location. Being able to walk out of the balcony straight to the best breakfast joint on the island or to two of the best snorkeling beaches is unbeatable.

Perfect location with a view of the ocean from the bed and lanai. Unit had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of towels, etc. Will definitely stay here again and again!

Terrific condo in a fantastic location

Can’t beat the condo or it’s location! The Kiahuna Plantation is located right on sunny Poipu Beach (snorkeling, swimming, surfing and boogie boarding) and walking distance to great restaurants. The condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable with great furnishings, updated appliances and well-appointed for cooking including utinsels, pots and pans, PyrexTupperware, a blender and plenty of paper products. Extra beach chairs, and umbrella were also on hand. And with access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club it can’t be beat! This has to be the top athletic club on the island! It includes a fantastic pool with kids slide, tennis, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball, open air weight room, yoga/stretch studio, and cardio facility. And if you need to chill there’s the Cabana with a tasty menu (lunch or dinner) and great drinks. Can’t say enough, this is a fantastic condo with access to just about everything! We’ll be back again soon!

Beautiful view-Spacious Studio

This is a great property. Very quiet, easy walk to the water. Very clean room and easy parking. There’s 2 restaurants on the property with another a short walk away. For Napili this is AMAZING. The bed is comfy, it’s soft… There’s TWO ceiling fans plus AC-such a life saver. If you’re looking for a beautiful location with the beach right there…you found it!!

Not as advertised. Pretty misleading

The resort was fine but there was construction going on we were not told of until a week before our stay and two days before we got to Maui we were told we would not have a cleaning service. Very disappointed considering we were there for 2 weeks. If you are okay with paying top dollar for minimal services , go for it.
