Villa Paradiso är ett uppdaterat hem i stadsdelen Waters Edge, intill och bara 1. 5 kvarter från Rosemary Beach centrum, på strandsidan av 30A. Vårt kvarter ligger tvärs över gatan från Seacrest Beach shoppingstugor och en promenad eller cykeltur bort från Alys Beach! Villa Paradiso är det femte hemmet från stranden, som handlar om en 50 gård promenad till grannskapets privata tillgång till stranden. I början av 2019 bytte vi ut alla fönster och dörrar, målade inifrån och ut, installerade nya verandor, satte in ett nytt modernt Sonos-ljudsystem och ny BBQ-grill! Nytt färgschema för utsidan av huset - grått med vit trim och ljusblå accenter !!!

Vi har en privat pool som kan värmas upp under de kyliga månaderna på året med gott om sittplatser ute. Detta strandhus har alla moderna bekvämligheter i ditt hem med Wi-Fi och kabel-TV. Vårt hem kommer med en daglig strandstoluppsättning för 2 som inkluderar 2 solstolar, paraply och sidobord.

Ytterdörren öppnar till ett öppet koncept familj utrymme med en stor familj bostadsyta, nytt kök och restauranger. Det finns ett bekvämt halvbad i hallen från bostaden. Den första våningen sovrummet har en king size-säng med eget badrum och ligger på baksidan av huset med sin egen privata veranda.
Den andra våningen Master har en king size-säng med eget badrum och har sin egen privata veranda också. Den andra våningen har också ett sovrum med 2 uppsättningar våningssängar som delar ett badrum med eget badrum med en 2-sängs inbyggd våningssäng - totalt 6 barn kan sova i denna del av huset!

En loftvåning på tredje våningen har en TV och soffa med en fin sittande veranda med utsikt över vattnet.

Perfect getaway!

The property was clean and fully stocked. The short walk to the beach with chairs and an umbrella set up was wonderful. Loved the ability to walk everywhere in town. We will be back for sure!

Second Stay this Summer

We stayed at this property once in June and enjoyed it so much we came back at the end of July! The house is exactly as listed (if not better than depicted in the photos) and just perfect for my family. It’s a close walk to the beach with the beach chairs/umbrella included in the listing. It’s a quieter neighborhood with the gate which we appreciate and still in the middle of everything once you walk out of the gate. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating which I was very appreciative of. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Property Close to Everything

This was a wonderful house for my family of four which includes two little kids although easily holds more than one family with the nice bonus of having two King masters. The pool was the perfect size for the kids and the beach is a very quick walk. I enjoyed how quiet the property was late night as the neighborhood is gated yet in the middle of Rosemary and Seacrest for easy access to shops/restaurants. The house was exactly as listed in the photos and we would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful home and location

This is a lovely, clean, and well-stocked home in a prime location! We loved having easy access to the beach and having the small, private pool at the front of the house. As other reviewers have said, the kitchen is especially well-stocked and we also appreciated that there were beach toys. It worked so well for our family of two adults and two very young kids. Beth was so responsive and helpful, including coordinating with the service that delivered our rented crib and high chair. We would love to come back!

We said multiple times: best location!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. The layout worked beautifully for our family and the location to the beach and all that is Rosemary Beach could not be beat. There were a ton of college parties and bachelorette parties next to us, but you couldn't hear them once the sun went down. We love the HOA for that reason alone. We never worried about our kids exploring and giving them freedom. The house was incredibly clean. We wish there had been a starter set of soap, shampoo and conditioner so we didn't have to run to the grocery store as soon as we arrived. If that's the worst thing to deal with, we completely won. Everything else we needed for a lovely stay was there. Communication with the owner was not only easy, but delightful. She is gracious and attentive. I will not hesitate to reserve this home again.

This was our third year to rent Villa Paradiso so clearly we love it! It’s comfortable and clean and perfectly located. We are always so happy there and feel it can’t be beat. We look forward to making many more family memories there in the future!

Great for families with teens

We took our teenage daughters and their friends for Spring Break. Loved this location right next to Rosemary Beach so all the restaurants and shops are close by but it’s a gated community with private beach access. The house was so cute and plenty of room for everyone.

This property was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, wonderful pool and short walks to all that Rosemary Beach has to offer! Private Beach access was a short walk - less than 2 min!

Thoughtfully stocked

House was stocked thoughtfully so that a great trip could be had by all. Towels and linens were extra plush and soft. Kitchen fully stocked. Sonia speakers throughout home, great feature.

Five stars!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Villa Paradiso. The house seemed bigger in person than what the photos show online. There was plenty of space for four adults and four children. Two pack-and-plays, a baby booster seat for the dinner table, a fully stocked kitchen with many appliances (even a Keurig, large closet spaces, plenty of space in the rooms. Beach access was super easy and quick. The Sonos system was awesome and easy to connect to. Beth was extremely responsive anytime I reached out. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Second wonderful visit to Villa Paradiso

We had such a wonderful time the first year, we decided to come back for a second trip to Villa Paradiso! The location can’t be beat - easy access to the beach and short walk to Rosemary town square. It’s so nice to have a private pool also! It’s the perfect sized pool for kids like ours - age 5 and 7. The house is so comfortable and spacious. My husband and I both had to do some work while we were there and the internet was strong enough to support both of us doing that at the same time. Last time we visited was in April and this time in June was much hotter and more crowded but we were still able to get into the restaurants we wanted. I have a feeling we will be back again and again.

Perfect Location

This was our first time vacationing on 30A and we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Beth was super responsive and helpful - especially with us traveling with three small children. The house is a short walk to the beach and the private pool was great for the kids. The walkability to downtown Rosemary was an unexpected treat. We took strolls around the area multiple times a day.

Great house in a great location!

This is in a great location beside Rosemary and a very short walk to the beach. The private beach area is one of the less crowded in the area. Lots of great restaurants with in walking distance.

Great Vacation Home!

We loved our stay! The home is even more perfect in person. We had six 16 year old boys and the space was perfect. All the kitchen gadgets you could need and love the decor. The Sonos system was a fun surprise and the gated community was appreciated. Hope to be back soon!

Fantastic in every way

This home was absolutely perfect. Location simply can’t be beat. The hosts were over the top helpful and took care of our questions super promptly. The layout provided plenty of privacy for all of us. Lovely home with beautiful finishes. Loved the private pool, and the beach service was a huge perk! We loved walking through the beautiful town, shopping, eating and listening to live music every night. We will absolutely be back and will most certainly book this house again.

We are a fun, loud, Italian family!! :) Our parents came from Naples, Italy in 1968 to live the 'American Dream.' We have always loved to travel as a family and have seen some great places around the world. Our favorite destination? The BEACH! When we visited 30A for the first time many years ago, we were hooked!

It has been our dream to have a beach house to call our own. We love this area and its close-knit communities - walking and biking to everything has a real European sensibility. The gourmet restaurants, fun shops, family activities, gorgeous water and white sand - what more can you ask for!
