Great view with easy access to pools, beach and multiple restaurants. Clean and very high end accommodations. Owner is great to work with as well. Very safe place.

My Birthday Getaway with Family

It was a great experience and I know we will be back, this property is 5 Stars for sure and worth it. We loved the location, the staff, food, bar and etc. We found it very easy to get down to the marina in minutes via the taxi and enjoyed great dinners in a couple of the nights. Pool and beach are top notch and again the service and support was fantastic. Thanks Frank for a great experience.. Cheers Tim

Thanksgiving in Cabo

We had a fantastic stay. The property has a great balcony and view and the best location in the Estancia. It was very clean and had more than enough room for the 5 of us. Great vacation!

Family fun at this villa

We had a great time. The view was amazing. The Villa is beautiful and spacious. Frank the owner gave me information for a local concierge that filled our fridge ahead of time. We were able to eat some meals at the resort and some in our Villa. We loved the pool and swim up bar. The location is close enough to town to walk either on the street or beach.

Great vacation

Great Place! Great resort. The condo was perfect for our situation with 3 couples. There were some inflatable water toys which were great. There were 2 puzzles and we completely both. The view was amazing and perfect for what we wanted. The condo was in Villa La Estancia resort but there are 2 other resorts on either side that we have access to as well. The beach was great for swimming. I thought we could walk to town but it was not close enough. We did walk all the way to the marina along the beach but it is a long walk. A cab to town is just $9 so we did that to get back and forth to town. It was very easy to get a cab. It was a wonderful stay and some great relaxation and family time.

Great stay!

What a wonderful week at Villa la Estancia! The condo unit was great and we loved the large patio with plenty of seating and a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez! Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer with a large group was very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach out front was great and within walking distance to the Marina. We all enjoyed that the pools were warm and that there were plenty of hot tubs. The pool/beach service was good and food on site was also good. Only negative were the early morning pool chair savers. People would place items on several chairs and then leave for large block of time. It made getting chairs for actual use difficult. However, pool staff was very helpful and would aim to get us at least a chair or two which was necessary for my elderly mom. Overall, an amazing week!

Quick Trip

We booked a very last minute stay in Cabo. The Unit was perfect. Views are incredible. Beds were super comfy. Check in process was easy. Property location was great for our needs. We will be back and hope to stay longer next time.

Cabo Vacation June 19th-26th

I can’t say enough about our experience in 3402!! We had a wonderful time and the place was immaculate and beautiful!! The personnel were more than accommodating and helped us with every need!! It was so lovely to sit on the beautiful terrace and look out into the Sea of Cortez!! We listened to the waves all night long!! The villa was top notch!! The 3 bedrooms and 4 bathroom made it perfect!! We couldn’t be happier and look forward to staying in 3402 again!!

Best Vacation Ever!

My family and I enjoyed every minute of our time at Villa la Estancia. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with chilled beverages to the time we departed we were treated wonderfully. The concierge was tremendously helpful in assisting us with booking tours and spa treatments and dinner reservations. Though beautiful, the photos simply do not do justice to the absolute beauty of the resort. It is STUNNING. The owner (so responsive and wonderful, BTW) considered everything from every angle and we were left wanting for nothing. Each time I went to look for something I found it. Each TIME!! The staff was fantastic as well -- always so helpful and friendly. When we go back (and hopefully we will!) we will only stay in 3402 -- do yourself a favor and book now; you will not regret it. You deserve this experience!

Wonderful view for a restful week!

This condo was perfect for our two combined families totaling 7 people. Everything you need is in the condo and the staff is incredible. My only request would be access to a BBQ, but other than that, this is a great unit.

Beautiful property, amazing views, exceptional service...this has it all!

Our family just returned from a week staying in this beautiful villa. Villa la Estancia is an amazing property. Quiet, spotless, relaxing...close enough for the conveniences of downtown Cabo but nicely separated away from the crowds. The villa was beautiful, very well appointed! Kitchen very well stocked, furniture comfy and clean. The owner was really helpful getting us connected to the concierge service and answering our questions before arrival. The concierge helped make transportation arrangements for us through Cabo Seasons. Our driver took us to Walmart on the way in from the airport where we had 30 minutes to stock up on food and supplies. Food and drinks at the pool bar/restaurant were really good, very fresh and beautifully plated, prices reasonable. We ended up eating at the steak house twice...it was THAT good! We had really great food the whole week...locally we ate at The Office and Edith's in downtown Cabo, had sunset drinks and bar bites at the Sunset Mona Lisa (breath taking) and ventured into San Jose to celebrate a birthday meal at Acre...very worth the drive/fee to see this special place!! We went spearfishing and made arrangements through Spearfishing Baja...great day on the water trying this out. Booked a "luxury sailing" experience with Cabo Adventures...smaller sailboat with 15 people for 4 hours. Super relaxing, beautiful views, drinks and food were fine. Fun, not the typical party boat which is a good thing! Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our first visit to Cabo...we will be back!!

Home Away From Home at a Fantastic Resort Location on a Rare Swimming Beach with All Amenities

We had a terrific 4 night stay at Villa 3402-02 just recently, end of May 2018. We did not know what to expect but were most pleasantly surprised - the view from the balconies is stupendous and the 3 bedroom villa is great too. Though we were just 4 of us (2 couples) we used all the space & facilities of the apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped and our only gripe about "no paper towel roll" was rectified next day. Large swimming pool and multiple hot water tubs made it easy to enjoy them without feeling crowded. Late afternoon was particularly great as our building provided shade over the pool & some hot tubs - protecting from the strong sun. The beach is very clean and not crowded though it is just about the only swimable beach in town (so we understood). Walking the beach was therapeutic and the glass bottom boat ride to Lands End & Arch simply fantastic. The Cortes Sea water was great. The restaurants were quite good. We had breakfast, a lunch & a dinner during our stay and enjoyed the variety of food available (even for the vegetarians in our group). The food quality was very good and service excellent. That brings us to the reception, concierge & valet service - all great. Very smooth, friendly and fast acting. And finally this resort is basically in town - Walmart is a few minutes car drive away and so is the Marina and so many restaurants. Todos Santos (with its Eagle's Hotel California) & La Paz are short drive away and we visited both in one day. We will probably make a longer visit to La Paz in the future. Overall a great relaxing vacation at #3402-02 Villa La Estancia!!!
