Isle Haven A är det perfekta hemmet för dig att göra minnen som kommer att hålla en livstid! Det är den perfekta stranden tillflyktsort för att koppla av och njuta av den klassiska florida charmen på Anna Maria Island. Ingen gatakorsning för att komma till stranden !! Detta nyrenoverade 3 sovrum / 2. Duplex med 5 badrum erbjuder alla bekvämligheter du kanske tänker på. Du kommer att bli glad när du kommer in i den här vackert dekorerade öppna planlösningen med bekväma sittplatser och matplatser för platta för sex, för att bara nämna några. Det stora köket är fullt utrustat med alla köksredskap du behöver för att förbereda måltider och snacks. Ett privat kontor finns också i detta vackra hem strax utanför vardagsrummet. På andra våningen hittar du sovrummet med en king size-säng och queen size-sängar i det andra och tredje sovrummet. Ytterligare sovplats finns i sovrummet. Koppla av på ett av de små däcken som ligger utanför vardagsrummet och norra sovrummet på den andra nivån. Stranden är bara en kort promenad ner på gatan utan några gator att korsa. Detsamma gäller barer, restauranger och butiker på Holmes Beach. Utforska allt som Anna Maria har att erbjuda ombord på den kostnadsfria vagnen med hållplatser mycket nära fastigheten. Platsen kan inte bli bättre! För större fester kan du också hyra Isle Haven B som rymmer 4 personer.

Great family vacation

Perfect place for our family to spend time together! Fabulous kitchen and pool! Quick walk to the beach was easy with grand kids. Close to restaurants. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Would stay here again!

Beautiful and Great Location!

The house was clean with a big kitchen that had everything you need. Location was one block from the beach and across the street from restaurants/bars and some shopping.

The location is ideal. A block to the beach!

We could walk for coffee, shopping and lots of restaurants. The pool was a definite plus. Plenty of parking for our two cars. Outdoor shower was nice as well.

Great location!

Great location and the house has everything you need. The only issue we had was the carpets and rugs were very dirty. All of our socks had black on the bottom of our feet after a trip upstairs. The house, pool and location and amazing.

LOVED IT

We were so pleased with our Anna Maria VRBO stay. The house is beautiful with a great location, close to the beach and dining. The house has everything you could possibly need. I felt like I was staying at someone’s home, not a piece part put together vacation rental. Property manager was responsive to questions in timey manner. I would definitely recommend this listing!

Great Beach Location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location is great for beach time and walkable to some fun restaurants, coffee shops etc. The house itself is a little beat up. The AC/Heat are really loud. The pool, while functional, doesn't really look like the pictures. The bottom was apparently damaged in attempts to clean it out post hurricane. My kids still swam in it. The spa is not a hot tub. The kitchen is great and very well stocked. The bathrooms are fine, not great, but the water pressure was good and hot water supply extensive.

As Good As The Photos

This was a lovely, spacious, delightful property. It was just as nice in real life as the other online photos! The kitchen is so well stocked, we had a hard time remembering where to put away items we had used! (The only addition we would have liked would be cloth napkins.) We were especially pleased by Kevin, the realtor’s Mr. Fixit. He came a couple of times & was just terrific! And the location was great too.

Great location to chill!

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely property. (This was the first time we stayed on the side with the pool!) We love how close it is to local shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach entrance. This property is fully stocked with the two things we all need, plenty of clean kitchen utensils and secondly, a nice selection of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach towels, etc.)to load up the wagon and take down to the beach and set up shop for the day!!! We’re hoping to comeback soon!!!

Loved our stay!

Loved our stay at Anna Maria Island! The house was clean, spacious and fully stocked with kitchen essentials, plenty of towels and beach accessories. Only issue we had was the cleaning crew arrived just before our check in time and were there an hour after our check in time. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we arrived a little later but we even let the host know we’d be there right at the check in time, so we ended up waiting in our car for about an hour. But overall would definitely stay there again!

Clean, close to beach Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we walked in to an immaculate beautifully decorated home! The place was extremely clean with fun beach decor. The home was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 3 small children. We loved the many areas to spread out. The home was conveniently located within walking distance to the many restaurants, bars, shopping and ice cream parlor which was a hit with the kids! We felt that the beach was located closer than the map portrays. Even with 3 small children it is within walking distance!The rental company was great, providing small gifts for the children. All the information was available that was needed in the property.The amenities exceeded our expectations. The kitchen included just about every appliance, pot, pan and utensil imaginable. The pool was well kept, with tons of pool/beach toys available for our convenience. We look forward to coming back to this property!

Late spring break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was able to get in no problems. The home is in need of updating appliances are old. I had to light the gas stove. They did send a maintenance man out and he was helpful in getting the burners to light without having to use out side lighter and get the oven going. Washer and dryer worked, extremely loud because of their age 2nd refrigerator, which was helpful was extremely noisy. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. The home is in a great location and Pool area is very nice. The property was clean. Well maintained that way just needs updated appliances , New mattresses had to bring us a new coffee maker while were there coffee maker would not work

It was close to the beach, shopping, excellent restaurants and the trolley stop. We had an issue with an awning, but it was very professionally rectified. The maintenance man, Kevin, was very accommodating. We will definitely recommend Florida Dreams and Isle Haven A to our friends who are looking for a wonderful location and responsive hosts!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice and as described in listing; however, the bathrooms were small. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens and pillows. The kitchen was huge, but I could have done without the termites. They were unacceptable and something I had never experienced in a rental. It was wonderful having your own pool, but upon arrival toys, floats, furniture was not neatly organized. The shells around the pool are rough on the feet, so wear shoes. Artificial grass or some kind of turf would be easier to walk on. The steps into the pool could use a handrail for a safer entry in and out of the pool. The location of the property was convenient to everything. Next time I would prefer a view of the ocean and a portion on the beach with no seaweed, but that is not the owners fault. They do have a very nice place and it's well maintained. You can walk to several restaurants and shops. Florida Dreams was very responsive to questions, concerns, and requests. I paid $280.00 (TOO HIGH) for professional cleaning and should not have to strip the beds, take out the trash, or run the dishwasher, etc. My the time I left I felt like there was not much left for the maid to do.

Everything was perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house had everything you would need for a family of 6, plus a dog! The kitchen is huge and has doubles of everything, and I mean everything! The bedrooms all have adequate space for a long stay. Then there’s the pool...we used it a lot! It was so warm. Being the end of Dec/beginning of January, we were prepared for the hot tub to not get very hot, but it was! I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the island. Stores and many restaurants are literally across the street. We had many good meals! Also, this house is pretty much in the middle of the island. We took the golf cart that we rented to both ends of the island. Lastly, the beach is down the road, about a block or 2. Very easy walk with the wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas that are provided. We would not hesitate to stay here again! (Gave 4 stars for amenties only because we would have liked more rafts/floaties for the pool. Not a big deal though. Bought some already blown up from a store across the street).

Always a great stay in Holmes Beach, great rental property!!

We loved our stay at this property! It's a very short walk to the beach and a street over several restaurants and shops! The house had everything we needed and the space was great for our family of 5.
