Sea Spray Cottages är en bedårande grupp enheter som ligger i norra änden av Anna Maria, väster om Gulf Drive och bara några få hus till den mycket hyllade Gulf Beach. Sea Spray 4 är en fristående stuga med 3 sovrum och 2 badrum som ligger längst fram till höger om fastigheten med egen privat pool. Bekväma strandinredning och ett komplett kök med rostfria vitvaror. Denna enhet har en egen propangrill, en skärmad uteplats på framsidan av huset och en utomhus matplats. Denna enhet har en egen tvättmaskin och torktumlare som finns i sovrummet. Det finns en platt-TV i vardagsrummet och rymliga sovrummet. Det stora sovrummet har också eget badrum och ingång. Du kommer absolut att älska den korta promenad till stranden samt öns charm som erbjuds av detta hem .. Sea Spray 4 sover 6.

Little slice of paradise

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is on a dead end street that leads right to the beach. Pool was perfect for the 4 of us. House was clean. We love the island and would Return to this house.

Close to Anna Maria Beach

Clean spacious home near Oak Avenue bridge to beach. Pristine white sand beach, backyard pool. Close to trolley atop. A/C and fans made for quiet and comfortable sleep. Highly recommended.

EXCELLENT HOME

This home is very clean and spacious ! Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies . The only thing that could be better is the mattress quality . We love AMI and will book this house again in spring 2023 .

Great location

The location of this house is perfect. It’s on a dead end street so there’s not a lot of vehicle traffic. The beach entry is right at the end of the street. A few block walk from eateries and shops. The trolley picks up right at the end of the street. The rooms are all spacious and I feel like we had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The pool is great. We used it everyday, multiple times a day. The property management company was friendly. My only complaints are minor items. We were notified on check in day that the bathroom door in the master bedroom was off the hinges and they would send someone out Monday to fix. That wasn’t fixed until Wednesday. Also, just some upgrades/replacements to interior decor would go a long way. The lamp shade in the twin bed room is disgusting, doesn’t stay on the lamp and massive stains. Rips in the master bedroom shades. Overall though, fantastic stay and we hope to return in the future.

The property was fantastic. It was very very clean. It was close to the beach and close to the village. The only odd thing about the house is that you have to walk through two bedrooms to get to the pool. This wasn’t an issue. There are outdoor paths to the pool. It’s just little awkward.

Family Vacay

Location is steps away from the beach. House layout is a little awkward with the master bedroom accessed by walking through the kids bedroom, but it worked for us. I was surprised by the lack of a tv in the master bedroom, I thought the property description mentioned one. The master shower had almost no water pressure. Pool was great. The propane grill was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. I was happy I brought my own dish soap and dishwasher detergent as the house only had hand soap.

Great spot

This house had plenty of room and everything we needed! The only thing that was a little wonky was the twin bed bedroom being a cut through to get to the pool. We enjoyed the house very much. Thanks for all you do!

Perfect location

We had a great stay — half a block to the beach, wonderful heated pool that we used at least twice per day, and walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and shops (but the block itself is nice and quiet)

Beautiful property

The rental was very nice and a great location. We did not like the layout. One must walk through the bedroom with twin beds to get to the master and door to the pool. We constantly disturbed our teenage Sun walking through his bedroom to get to the kitchen and living area. We did love the pool and location. Doubt if we would stay in this particular house again.

You want the Beach, you got the Beach!

We've been to AMI for 10+ years, and this was, by far, the shortest, quickest path to those breathless AMI sunsets. Kids getting hungry while playing on the beach all day? No prob, back in 3 mins with some snacks." Need a quick bathroom run? "I'll back in 10 with some cool drinks" Is the beach getting hot or crowded? "Let's chill at our private pool for a couple of hours."

Perfect Location For Beach Access

This house was perfectly located on Anna Maria Island. A one minute walk to pristine sandy beaches that are perfect for families with small kids. We even saw dolphins from the shore. It's a short walk to shops and dining. Great layout for families with multiple children. Only downside for us was that the pool was a little cold. The pool heater wasn't turned on until we checked jn and the pool was too cold to swim in, even for my kids who don't care. It took all week for the pool to warm up unfortunately. Other than that it was a great house in a really great location!

Wonderful, steps from the gulf beach

Perfect place for our extended weekend stay in Anna maria Island. It had everything we needed (Outdoor Grill, Near the beach, private pool) for my mother, my husband and I. Would return!

August Vacation

The property was fantastic. Everything in the listing is accurate. They even had beach stuff and pool stuff. The location was fantastic. The property was well taken care of and very clean. We would highly recommend this location for families especially with the proximity to the beach. We had a great time.

Dog friendly beach cottage

You CAN have it all....

We stayed in this great little 3 bdrm/2 bath house! It’s just steps to the beach and a pool in the back! We couldn’t believe that when it was 60 degrees outside, it felt like 80 by the pool with the wind being blocked! The house is clean and has everything you need! We are close to the downtown area with all of the cute little shops and wonderful restaurants! Loved it here and will be back again!
