The Space:

A truly stunning scene awaits at this oceanfront home in Lincoln City, perched right above the beach with a sweeping view of the waves crashing on the shore.



The circular design of this two-story home gives it a unique perspective, with large windows to south, west, and north granting you a complete view of the Pacific Ocean. In this spectacular setting, you'll find a peaceful stretch of beach below and Roads End State Recreation Site just up the road. The Chinook Winds Casino is less than a mile away, and the many restaurants, shops, and attractions of Lincoln City are within a couple miles.



After a day spent boogie boarding or beachcombing, head back up to the house to enjoy the gorgeous outdoor spaces. Take a soothing dip in the hot tub overlooking the ocean or gather on the upper deck for an alfresco dinner at sunset.



Inside, there are inviting living spaces both upstairs and down. The main living area on the second floor is lined with picture windows that frame the ocean, bringing together an open kitchen, a dining space, and a living room with a TV and a gas fireplace. Downstairs in the den, you can play foosball, watch movies in the warmth of the woodstove, or even relax in the adjacent private sauna. Three bedrooms feature new comfortable beds allowing everyone to get a good night's rest for another adventurous day ahead!

Wonderful View

The house was great and had everything we needed: games, puzzles, view, , hot tub, sauna, Kitchen was supplied with a little of everything. Property/house was clean. Enjoyed the visit!!

Great views

Amazing views, comfortable beds, great amenities. The sauna was a hit and lots of room for everyone.The only comment I would make is that the dining room table only seats four comfortably. We brought a foldable table to play games on with six of us so it worked out great.

The round house

The Roads End neighborhood is very nice. Close to all restaurants and stores. The view is spectacular. The house was very uncomfortable. Hard to get up and down the very steep stairs from bedroom to small kitchen area. Not enough room for our family of eight to be together.

Amazing location

Location is great, it only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. View from the balcony is beautiful, the windows all around the kitchen and living room are really nice. One bedroom doesn't have an enclosed ceiling, that was a little random to find out.

Loved view..could use updated hot tub..had everything we needed..down stairs could use some air fresheners had a bit of a smell..

Round house

Great house. It was clean and extremely well supplied. Ocean front was wonderful. Weather didn’t cooperate at, but we had no control over that. Loss of power also out of our control. Looking forward to returning.

Incredible view!

We have made it a tradition to spend 4-5 days in Lincoln City during Thanksgiving the last five years and by far, this property had the best views and location was excellent. We loved being 5 mins to Chinook Winds, Safeway, Pub Fish n Chips, etc. A couple minor things that could be updated to improve future stays, but overall, we were very happy. - pots and pans could use a refresh. No matter how much butter or EVOO we used, everything stuck. - house definitely leans, which was a bit unnerving at first, but we got used to it. - if you have a small dog, be careful as the space between the wood on the gate on the balcony is far enough apart for our 16 pound shih tzu to swueeze through so we made sure she was always on a leash. We also loved taking our senior dog down to the beach - theres an access point at the bottom of the hill that can be tricky in the rain, but was such an amazing treat. Thanks for making our 5th Thanksgiving in Lincoln City another memorable one!

Annual family Vacay

Love the panoramic view, hot tub overlooking the beach was a plus. Property close to everything we wanted to do, going to reserve it same time next year for the Chinook Winds anniversary celebration.
