A cosy dining area invites you to enjoy meals together and a comfortable dining table also awaits you on the balcony. LCD TV (cable), digital radio, CD player and iPod dock guarantee the best entertainment and relaxation. The modern bathroom with rain shower head is a small highlight that rounds off the feeling of well-being. The entire furnishing of the flat is of above-average quality.

Practical and convenient: there are various rooms on the ground floor for communal use: a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
