Great property with great view. Very easy to communicate with host and responsive. Loved that each room has its private restroom. Very convenient. More attention to details would have been better. Clean windows and coffee maker. Sofas can also be cleaner. Overall a nice stay and convenient and easy to get to the beach.

This was our second time in this Vrbo. We rent it because it fits our family and the proximity to the ocean. It is old but sufficient. If we rent it again I will make sure they have a new coffee maker. Theirs doesn’t work!

Can’t beat the location

Walking distance to Moonstone Beach, you really can’t beat the location. The house was perfectly setup for entertaining our extended family. The upstairs balcony was perfect for watching the sunset with a cocktail. Would totally stay here again as 4 bedroom places up there are a premium.

Perfect spot

Our family enjoys a holiday meet-up every year. First time in Cambria. This property was the perfect (and hard to find) 4 ensuite bedrooms and a very cozy large room for an early celebration. Walked the boardwalk, strolled the town, and visited Hearst Castle. Highly recommend.

Amazing Vacation House in Cambria

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was amazing for my family’s vacation in Cambria. The house is comfortable for a large group with each bedroom having its own bathroom, and a large open plan kitchen/living area. With the location to close to Moonstone beach, we were able to walk to restaurants and we walked to the little main part of town. So nice to not have to drive to get around! I also really appreciated use of the garage to park our cars.

The Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient location, amazing views. Great to have all en-suite rooms. Minimal furnishings and TV/Cable unreliable at best. Kitchen and appliances great. Enjoyed coffee on the veranda watching the fog lift listening to the waves. We even saw a pod of whales!! Needs a deep cleaning, some painting, and the sliding glass doors on the north side are all but impossible to move (like get a hernia if you do).

Moonstone missive

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great...short walk to the beach! Had to spray for ants several times. Beds are not that great....if you have back issues! Great view of the ocean, lots of off street parking, busy street as it leads to the hiway!
