Say What!? Benjamin -- Would you take a moment to read my website since disclosure is an issue here. and judge for yourself what did or didn't happen. https://www.vrbo.com/97271. Had Matthew looked on the description page, 3rd paragraph down, he would have told you the owners could be on the property. You would have known that it states very clearly and openly that owners could be on property. I asked Matthew to read our site before he rented. The website has FULL disclosure on every level and it is my commitment to present honesty and clarity for all our guests to have a great stay. Matthew didn't tell you because he didn't read the website like I asked him to. It was his was non-disclosure to you, not mine that caused this situation. This should not have become an issue because all the facts of this home are stated clearly. After 12 years of renting our home with ALL 5 stars intact 100% of the time, then seeing that you deducted a star, makes me very disappointed that neither one of you took the time to read the complete description before rating us. I know the majority of our past guests have read the website and know exactly what they're getting and come to enjoy our home. The ones who do not wish to have owners on property under any conditions, simply do not inquire and they move on. If you would edit the review and restore the 5th star, it would be greatly appreciated so others aren't misled thinking I didn't disclose something as important as this is. Happy Holidays.

Your timing getting here was so perfect. Bringing all the pups I thought could be chaotic…until I met them on the 2nd day. I absolutely liked each one together as a pack and separately as friends. I loved you from the start because you’re their mom in every way. It was such a pleasure having you and Stephen here for the couple months you needed and now we get to visit each other still because you aren’t far away. You got a great job & now a home of your own. I miss the 3 musketeers!!! Love walks with you.
