Detta är helt enkelt en härlig stuga belägen på min fastighet 1000 meter över Stilla havet på klara dagar du kan se för alltid, huset i sig sportar ett vackert sovrum med toppmadrass och sängkläder, vardagsrummet erbjuder en skinnsoffa som kan vikas ut till fullständig comfy bed. Också en enda bekväm futon. Jag tillhandahåller Wifi och parabol-TV med surroundljud. Om det är lugn och ro du letar efter, är jag 100% säker på att du kommer att hitta det här det perfekta stället,
För alla som är osäkra på fallet vid kusten! Oktober är alltid det perfekta vädret! Klart, soligt och vanligtvis varmt under dagarna. Det är som tyst före stormen. Bara vackert. Nämnde jag solnedgångarna?
Nu är det vinter! Och vinterstormarna är ibland spektakulära här uppe, starka vindar och olycksbådande himmel.

Loved this peaceful setting in the hills overlooking the ocean. The cottage was warm and welcoming, and the hosts were always available but also gave us lots of space. Very comfortable bed, an elk buck grazed in a field below the house, great deck for dining and sunning, I could go on and on. This place gets five stars plus!!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is adorable and the view gorgeous. It is a peaceful way to spend your days enjoying the view from the bedroom, living area, and balcony. The kitchen was well-stocked. We would definitely stay again if ever in Brookings.

Perfect anniversary get away

From first booking the trip to driving home our trip was perfect. Nicky and Peter were great hosts. They made sure we found the house and showed us around the property even though we arrived late. The house was well stocked and very clean. We were by a small elk herd one morning just outside the back deck. The location was great for exploring the Rogue River and the Redwoods. We highly recommend staying at Nicky and Peter’s place. What a beautiful place to celebrate our anniversary!

This property is absolutely unique. One of the best accommodation I stayed at. Peaceful, beautiful ground, view of the bay. The rental is an entire house, very well appointed, spacious, and ultra clean. Very comfortable queen bed. The rental faces the bay and the view between the trees is stunning. The owners have a separate house on the same lot. Lots of attention to details: power cords, candle outside, recommendations, etc. Owners are very welcoming and thorough. The grounds are stunning with fruit trees, magnolias, flowers. Really loved it - I wish I could have stayed much longer. Next time!

This place is spectacular. The views from there are incredible. We were greeted upon arrival, and given a quick tour of the property. The owners are very nice and helpful. The place was spotless. We even woke up to elk on our last morning.

Cozy and very well kept with excellent views.

Overall a very good experience. Excellent views. Nicki was helpful checking in then left us alone which is nice. As long as you do not want to be walking distance to the beach, would highly recommend.

Great beach locale

Great spot overlooking the ocean! A quaint, quiet location with fantastic access to the Redwoods and beautiful beach spots. The house had all the necessary amenities too.

Cozy Cottage

We had a wonderful time staying in your cottage. It was very cozy and had all the comforts of home. It felt like home away from home! The view was amazing and seeing the elk family was a treat! We loved it and hope to return soon. Thank you for everything Peter and Nicky!

Pet friendly, Beautiful view and decor, Perfect in every way!

Location is fantastic. Close to town, beaches and trails. Ocean views from up on the hillside are stunning. Hosts Peter and Nicky live down the hill and very kind, caring, fun and attentive while also respecting privacy. *Pet friendly* which was key for us. The unit is very clean, warm and beautifully decorated. Huge, decoratively-tiled shower made us never want to get out of our piping hot showers each day! The bed and furniture inside and outside on the balcony are all very comfortable. There is a new, nice grill that we used to cook some fish that Peter generously shared with us! We hope we have another opportunity to experience the quiet forest solitude of this little slice of heaven again someday!

The property is beautiful, with spectacular views! The wildlife was fun to watch so close by. The house is very nice and comfortable, easy to settle in to. The owners were helpful, and quick to respond when needed.

Beautiful rental and setting, close to the great Sequoia trees, beaches & hiking trails.

The owners are friendly and offered some great ideas for restaurants and things to see and do. The house and property are beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed the deck, views and wildlife.
