Lovely tre sovrum, två badrum hem byggdes 2007 med uppdateringar och uppgraderingar gjorda 2016. 1 block till stranden och strandpromenaden i vackra Downtown Pismo Beach. En titt i havet kan avnjutas från vardagsrummet, samt från den fr��mre däck. En helt ny däck med uteservering och gas BBQ är den perfekta platsen för att tillbringa tid med v��nner och familj i kust luften. Den öppna vardagsrummet finns överfylld soffor, platt-TV med digital kabel-tj��nsten, inklusive filmkanaler. Den h��r fastigheten ��r utrustad med en privat trådlöst Internet för gästerna. Köket ��r v��lfyllda och utrustade för hemlagad mat. (Food and färskvaror inte tillhandah��lls.) Spring Break 23

Excellent property and very cozy. The location was fantastic and a short walk to everything downtown. Felt like I was home. We will be back soon and hopefully we can stay at the same place!! Highly recommend!

My siblings, spouses and I were in town for our cousins wedding and This place was great for the 6 of us. Very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach, pier and shops

Great getaway!

We picked the perfect weekend for a girls’ trip…great weather! The home was so close to the beach and downtown. We took chairs to the beach one day and sat out for hours! We ate great meals in the local restaurants, even attended the soft opening of Burgers and More on the corner! Stopped at the Monarch Butterfly on our drive to Solvang and hit Chumash Casino on the way back. Would definitely come back and recommend this beautiful home. Thank you!

Wonderful place

We rented the house because we were attending our grandson’s graduation from Cal Poly. The house was just as good as expected. The only problem (and it was a small one) was the fire pit was not working. It would have been nice to have been offered a small refund. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the house.

It's less than two blocks from the beach. There's a cute Cafe right on the corner open for breakfast and lunch. My only complaint is the neighborhood is noisy. There is quite a bit of pedestrian traffic all night long.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in this house. I absolutely love this place. It's not a far walk to the beach and shopping. The house is clean and relaxing. They have everything you need available in the kitchen, which makes things much easier for me to cook. The beds are so comfortable! I will not stay anywhere else in Pismo again. I will only stay in this house. Coastal Vacation Rentals is very easy to deal with. They are very friendly and attentive to any problems. We only had one problem with the propane tank our first stay, and they fixed it right away. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the best vacation rental I've stayed at in Pismo. It was spacious, beatiful on the inside and outside and very clean. There are two bedrooms downstairs with one bathroom. Upstairs is the primary bedroom which is a large size with a large bathroom. Also upstairs is the kitchen, dining area, living room and patio. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage which is so important since street parking is difficult. The garage also came fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, etc. The front yard was pretty with chairs and a firepit. This is in one of the best locations in Pismo. The internet worked well and they had a ton of channels on TV. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return. Everything was perfect.

271 Cypress Offers a Great, Quiet Location

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros:-271 Cypress is a pleasant and quiet location, that is less than two blocks from the beach.- The condo is located near the corner of a one-way street and a street that ends by crossing a one-way bridge.- It has a drinking water filtration system that has its own faucet by the kitchen sink.- It has a water softener system for soft water showers and laundry.- It has a safe in the pantry for storing valuables. Cons:- During the winter, the lower level is hard to heat with the general heating system. You need to rely on space heaters to warm the two lower bedrooms.- The Philips sound system is disconnected from the only TV in the condo. The TV needs a sound bar!Note: Our friends stayed in this condo during the winter of 2022. They also experienced the same issue with the heat in the lower level and the TV's poor sound.

The condo is located in an ideal location close to the beach and many restaurants! Having a garage was such a bonus! The garage was packed with beach chairs, sand toys, a stroller and much more! Having the well appointed front yard was really nice! Coastal Vacation Rentals which we have used for many years continues to be top notch and very professional! There were no surprises with our rental due to their thoroughness!

Great Location / Great House!

This rental is just a block from the beach right in Pismo. The house is well outfitted, clean and comfortable. Two car garage is really a plus with lots of beach accessories available in the garage. We used it as a base for our son's wedding in Edna Valley and it was super easy to drive to and from the venue where the wedding festivities were. Really easy to deal with the management company.
