Lovely tre sovrum, två badrum hem byggdes 2007 med uppdateringar och uppgraderingar gjorda 2016. 1 block till stranden och strandpromenaden i vackra Downtown Pismo Beach. En titt i havet kan avnjutas från vardagsrummet, samt från den fr��������mre däck. En helt ny däck med uteservering och gas BBQ är den perfekta platsen för att tillbringa tid med v������nner och familj i kust luften. Den öppna vardagsrummet finns överfylld soffor, platt-TV med digital kabel-tj��nsten, inklusive filmkanaler. Den h��������r fastigheten �����r utrustad med en privat trådlöst Internet för gästerna. Köket ��r v���lfyllda och utrustade för hemlagad mat. (Food and färskvaror inte tillhandah��lls.) Det stora sovrummet ��������������������������������������������������������������������������������r möblerat med en stor s��ng och eget bad funktioner skiffer kakel golv och dusch surround och har en dusch / badkar combo utrustad med en regnvatten duschmunstycke. Det finns en drottning säng i vart och ett av de andra två sovrummen, som båda är p�� bottenvåningen. Andra faciliteter inkluderar en staplad full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare samt en två bil intilliggande garage.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Beautiful property located close to restaurants and just a quick walk to the pier and beach. Had everything we needed for a comfortable home away from home stay. Beds were very comfortable. Even had board games to play in the evenings as we were relaxing. Nice to have a garage to park. Check in and out was super easy and great communication. We will stay here again!

Excellent property and very cozy. The location was fantastic and a short walk to everything downtown. Felt like I was home. We will be back soon and hopefully we can stay at the same place!! Highly recommend!

Great getaway!

We picked the perfect weekend for a girls’ trip…great weather! The home was so close to the beach and downtown. We took chairs to the beach one day and sat out for hours! We ate great meals in the local restaurants, even attended the soft opening of Burgers and More on the corner! Stopped at the Monarch Butterfly on our drive to Solvang and hit Chumash Casino on the way back. Would definitely come back and recommend this beautiful home. Thank you!

Wonderful place

We rented the house because we were attending our grandson’s graduation from Cal Poly. The house was just as good as expected. The only problem (and it was a small one) was the fire pit was not working. It would have been nice to have been offered a small refund. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the house.

The house is clean and relaxing. They have everything you need available in the kitchen, which makes things much easier for me to cook. The beds are so comfortable! I will not stay anywhere else in Pismo again. I will only stay in this house. Coastal Vacation Rentals is very easy to deal with. They are very friendly and attentive to any problems. We only had one problem with the propane tank our first stay, and they fixed it right away. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family.

We had everything we needed and the host was responsive about getting into the property easily and easy check out. I'm not sure if we weren't using the ac correctly but we opened the windows for a cross breeze and that worked just fine so close to the ocean. We also felt very safe in the location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the best vacation rental I've stayed at in Pismo. It was spacious, beatiful on the inside and outside and very clean. There are two bedrooms downstairs with one bathroom. Upstairs is the primary bedroom which is a large size with a large bathroom. Also upstairs is the kitchen, dining area, living room and patio. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage which is so important since street parking is difficult. The garage also came fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, etc. The front yard was pretty with chairs and a firepit. This is in one of the best locations in Pismo. The internet worked well and they had a ton of channels on TV. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return. Everything was perfect.
