Manzanita Eagle’s Perch is wonderful

Perfect size for our family of 4. Great proximity to beach and town. View from the patio is gorgeous. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location on the Oregon coast!

This property had everything you could think of for a great vacation on the coast. We enjoyed walking to the beach, sunsets and coffee on the deck, and all the amenities of the local area. Hope to stay here again someday!

This is a great rental property. They really thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. It was very clean and well maintained. We liked the location as well, a short drive to the major attractions but not as crazy as some of the bigger resort areas. Walkable to the beach with a great view from the deck as well. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again some day.

Magical stay in Manzanita!

Our recent stay at The Eagle's Perch was perfect in every way - the weather, the views, the access to nature, and most importantly, the memories that were created in this very special "sanctuary". We will return for sure - and can't wait to do so!

We had a fantastic vacation in this wonderful home! The setting is very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The house is very well kept and spacious with open rooms and the beach is only a short walk away. We were very impressed and look forward to returning this summer!

Thank you for the generous gift basket celebrating what turned out to be the 100th stay here. Immaculate, light, roomy, beautifully decorated, and a stunning view. We all loved being able to just walk to the beach. We had gorgeous weather to boot.

Oregon Coastal Oasis

Beautiful coastal home nestled in Manzanita with incredible views. Perfectly appointed, well stocked and had everything we needed and all the space we needed for our family vacation getaway to the Coast. Loved the deck for morning coffee and family dinners. It was perfect in all ways and we will book again!

Stunning.

This townhome is magnificent. The views are spectacular (and the beach is just a short walk away down a lovely wooded path). The amenities are top-notch. The appliances are high-end and the kitchen well-stocked. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to coming back again!

Our family (myself, my sister, husband, and our two adult sons) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful well maintained and appointed home. The views from the house were one of the highlights of our trip. Short walk to beach and town. Great home base for our week exploring the Northern Oregon coast.

Great vacation

The pictures to this house do not do it justice. The house was so clean and nicely decorated. The flow was great with the downstairs for kids and upstairs for adults. The ping pong table was a huge bonus. Location was fantastic and walkable to the cute town. We can't wait to come back.

Eagles Perch Excels!

We were blown away by the beauty of this home! Such thoughtful design including space use, decor, and furniture selections. We hosted our adult kids, plenty of room for all 6 adults. The amazing ocean view was a surprising treat! We all want to come back again soon.

Amazing stay! Cannot wait to come back!

I absolutely adore this rental home and cannot wait to come back for our next visit to the Oregon coast! The location is unbelievable; quiet, spectacular views, and perfectly located - just a quick 2 minute walk to the beach! The home has everything you would need (and more) and very friendly and responsive owners. The entire place was pristine and everything looked brand new. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a vacation rental at the Oregon coast!

Awesome stay

We loved this property! The view was magnificent and the house is so comfortable and wonderful. We were slightly under supplied with no paper towels and very little soap for the dishwasher. The dishes and refrigerator could have been a bit more Cleaned out, but overall this is an amazing property and we would stay here again.
