Just as advertised

We had a great time at Hilton Head. We always stay in Sea Side Villas and this unit was great for my wife and I. Its right by the pool, can park right next to room, and is a super easy walk to the beach. We'll definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway spot for a couple.

I always love staying at Seaside villas when it is just two of us. Not ideal for a family but perfect for a couple! Right on the beach and close to a lot of attractions! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Rented for our yearly vacation recently

Unit is smaller which was completely fine as it was stated it was. Unit overall was not clean; too much to list what needed attention. Bed is awful pure springs and broke down. Couches that made a bed you couldn’t sleep on because there is a metal bar down the middle. Can’t get on top bunk. Shower does not drain well so dirty water is sitting for a while after each shower. We left 3 days early. But the pros was the location was very nice and the owner was too. She refunded some for the trouble. Unit has a lot of potential. A good scrubbing, shower fixed and better sleeping arrangements would have given 5 stars.

HHI location, location, location

We had a wonderful time at the property. Check in and out was a breeze. Overall cleanliness was on par for a vaca condo with service. Only upgrade that we suggest is a better mattress in bedroom. Bedding and pillows were fine, but mattress was pretty uncomfortable with pokey springs. The shower is older, but had tremendous water pressure so just needs a visual upgrade eventually. We really liked the location, it was just what we were looking for. Overall, a good experience.

Great property and Greta is awesome!

Greta was very nice and was able to accommodate is in this condominium that was right where we wanted to be for out extended weekend stay. We found to condo to be just the right size for us and Greta supplied everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable four days there. Although we didn't use the pool, it was right outside, down one flight of stairs. It was a short walking distance to Coligny and the many shops and restaurants there. If there was a "ding", it was no fault of Greta's, and that was the neighbor next door who insisted on having phone calls on her patio, on speaker, so we could hear much more than we wanted. My wife and I are wholly-satisfied clients and, thank you, Greta, we appreciate you!

Great rental near the beach

I had a great time staying in this cute condo. Steps away from the beach. Walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Washing machines on each floor. Perfect for one to two people. Would definitely rent again.

Great location

The host accurately describes the unit in the listing for what it is. We had everything we needed for our 4 night stay and the unit was a great size for the two of us. The location is fantastic! All instructions/information left by the host were detailed and easy to follow (such as gate codes, parking pass info, remote, etc.) The host also very kindly leaves an excellent list of suggestions for places to go/things to do/places to eat. We are already talking about when we want to come back and would absolutely consider this rental again!

Awesome experience

I stayed for a week with two teens and two elementary schoolers. I was worried the place might be a little cramped but what it lacked in size it made up for in location and organization options. There was plenty of storage and everything we needed. We walked to Coligny Plaza and the beach daily. It was absolutely perfect for us! Greta was great with communication and everything was spelled out for me and easily available.

Weekend Getaway

We loved our getaway to Hilton Head! The room is small, so I would not suggest this place if you are staying at the beach for a week. From what I can see, all the condo's in the complex are almost the same size. Also, there are bunk beds in the hallway, but there was no ladder and would pose a serious risk if a child slept on the top bunk. One of my children slept in the bottom bunk, and the other had to sleep on the futon in the living room. This particular condo is situated the farthest from the beach, but there is still a small view of the beach from the balcony and the pool is very close! There were umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards on the balcony for us to use, which was awesome! What we loved most is that Coligny Plaza was walking distance, so we walked down the beach every night to get dinner. Overall, we had a great time!

Perfect Beach-front Stay

This was the perfect place for our family to relax in Hilton Head. Small, but well-equipped for a family with young children. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, mornings on the beach, and afternoons at the pool. Easy to walk to all that Coligny Plaza had to offer. We will be back!

The condo was clean, and ready for us when we arrived The location is wonderful, it’s in walking distance of the beach, mini shops, grocery and dining. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, if you prefer to cook and stay in great experience.

Relaxing week

A few suggestions

Bed mattress sheet was too small did not stay on mattress. Soap in bathroom sink should be liquid not bar soap. Everything else was good

Great location. Others said parking was limited , but we had no problems parking near our condo. The place could use a good detailed cleaning as there’s dust accumulation. That’s the only reason it wasn’t 5 stars.

Great location, easy walk to beach

Great condo. Very small, having even 1 kid would be a stretch but it’s very cute. Easy and quick walk to the beach, even have an ocean view from porch! A quick and inexpensive upgrade would be a new shower head. Would make a much better shower experience.

Great for a small family

My husband and I visited Hilton Head Island after we were 1st married and fell in love with it! We came back several times and then the opportunity came where we were able to purchse this villa. We love the beautiful trees on Hilton Head and love to bike along the shaded bike trails!
