Anniversary Get-A-Way

This property was so amazing. Clean, perfect size, great location. We are completely happy and are planning our next trip. So many times over the last 4 days we both commented how it was so much better than a hotel. Absolutely perfect.

Very nice accommodations. Easy access to pool and beach. Clean and well-equipped kitchen. Enjoyed having a washer/dryer in the condo. Nice trails for riding bikes and morning walks. Perfect place for my husband and I to rest, relax, and enjoy the beach! We will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

My wife and I stayed at Barrington Place for a week in July and had a great stay. The residence was in great shape, very clean and best thing - had a great bed. We had a great time in the pool and the proximity to the ocean was great. Would recommend to anyone!

Barrington for the win

We loved this place, the family and I stayed here comfortably in this clean tidy condo, which was also tastefully decorated. It was actually the perfect size for all four of us. Barrington is a short walk to the beach, pool and almost everything within the palmetto dunes community. Thank you for making our stay great.

Great Venue

Everything about the unit and location was exactly as advertised and promised. The rental unit is in a peaceful, courtyard setting overlooking pond where deer & waterfowl stop. Beach access down an easily walkable path & bridge. Unit was clean and well supplied with kitchen needs for us. Thanks!

Fantastic

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation. Property was outstanding, modern and very clean. Location is perfect. Walk to the beach and pool area is less than a minute. Ample parking spaces and bike racks. Area was quiet and serene. A bike ride to most of the Palmetto Dunes amenities. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Delightful Beach Condo

This condo’s location and cleanliness earn it 5 stars! The pool and beach access made our 10 day stay easy and enjoyable! Palmetto Dunes is a gem we found on this island! Biking this area and up to Coligny was great! The pool was heated and loved the hot tub!

Nice Property!

We enjoyed this first floor (only 6 steps) property in Palmetto Dunes. The condo was very clean and the washer and dryer were an added bonus. Only a minute or two puts you on the beach and the Palmetto Dunes area is just beautiful!

Nice 4 day visit. Loved the beach! Only wish was a heads up toy don't allow people to leave non oarishable like spices, salt and pepper. Thanks for a great stay. We'll do it again!

Great Place

We love Palmetto Dunes and this place further confirms it. The condo was clean, bright and perfectly laid out for a one bed. It had everything we needed. The patio is a major plus. The view of the lagoon and fountain helps when missing the beach. We sat out there reading when not on the beach. We plan to re-visit this place on our next stay on Hilton Head.

Nice except for bed

Nice unit but the bed is an outdated sleep number and very noisy and uncomfortable Won’t stay there again unless bed is replaced Everything else was great

Clean, Peacful, Precious Gem

These owners and property managers care about this property and it shows! We hope to rent this unit again. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights/5 days in 612 Barringinton Park. The unit was comfortable, stocked with everything we needed, quiet, and exceptionally clean! Everything was in sound working order. The surroundings and view of the lagoon were beautiful and peaceful. The beach is an easy 2-3 minute walk... unless you stop to observe the turtles in the lagoon! Mr. Moersen was very prompt to be sure we had everything needed to check-in and out with ease. He check on us mid stay as well. Did I mention it was very, very clean?! This unit is a gem for certain.

Overall great stay!

We were in for a long weekend and spending time with our daughter and her fiancé. Spacious enough to entertain them. Neighbors upstairs were quite noisy all night. Don’t know if that’s a rental or full-time resident. Great lagoon view. Fridge is noisy, and the placement of the light switches is very weird…as in the lights for the en-suite bathroom were in the bedroom, so you had to turn the light on before you could go in, so during the night we used the half-bath so the light wouldn’t wake us the other up. The Sleep Number/Select Comfort bed was less that desirable. If you had to inflate it, it sounded like a jet taking off, so we hesitated to adjust it during the night.

612 Barrington

We went to HH for my son’s wedding & stayed at Barrington in Palmetto Dunes.. The location of the condo was great for us as it was close to the Marriott where the wedding was. The condo was clean & bright & stocked with necessities to cover us until we got to the store. We loved that the pool & beach were just a couple minutes walk. There was a binder in the condo that had all info needed for the condo, including restaurants & things to do. Palmetto Dunes also offers a free shuttle service which is nice for those without a car. We had a small issue with our thermostat & my husband called Peter. He sent the A/C guy & he was there within the hour to resolve the issue. I wish the check-in time was at 3:00 instead of 4:00 but other than that we loved our rental & would stay there again.

Great Place on Hilton Head Island

This is my 6th trip to HHI and my first time at 612 Barrington. My wife and I loved it. The condo is clean, quiet, comfortable, and a great location. Loved the pool and very short walk to the beach. If you need a great 1 bedroom place, absolutely stay here.

Ocean’s Edge

Lovely property and perfect location. New furnishings in the living area, and well appointed kitchen. The bath and powder room were also very nice. The bedroom had plenty of drawer space and a large walk-in closet. But, I would have preferred to have a firmer mattress or one with a thicker pillow top. Also, the pillows were a bit flat, but that is a matter of choice. The linens were fresh, and the entire condo was spotless. We would definitely return to Ocean’s Edge in the Barrington complex.

Nice place to spend your vacation

The condo is close to the beach and pool which are both 1 minute away. The property is clean and quiet and has everything you need for your stay. Golf course is 3 minute drive and prices were reasonable for the driving range.
