Du är på stranden! Simma, snorkla, surfa eller bara koppla av på stranden eller poolen! Sug upp Kauai's naturliga skönhet! Det är bara några steg bort!

Din andra våning, Lanai med havsutsikt, ligger bara 300 meter från havet i det soliga South Shore Poipu-området i Kauai, "trädgårdsön." Du kommer att vilas av sömnen vid havsvågorna och handelsvindarna viskar genom palmerna i angränsande Prince Kuhio-parken. Utsikten från sovrummet är 180 grader, havet till berget. Stämningen här är "Classic Hawaiian," mjuk och avslappnad.

Två stränder ligger var och en på tre minuters promenad och har skyddad simning och snorkling med sköldpaddor och fisk inuti revet, samt surfing på PK: er, centra och syra droppar på det yttre revet. Många fler stränder och surfplatser finns i närheten. I närheten finns alla Poipu- och Koloa-restauranger, golfbanor, shopping och tjänster. Andra South Shore Kauai-attraktioner ligger en kort bilresa bort. Missa inte Beach House Restaurant, tvärs över gatan, känd för den magnifika utsikten över solnedgången.

Värde! Detta är en av de bevarade hemligheterna för hyresvärden i Poipu-området. Vår vackert inredda lägenhet med ett sovrum har nyligen totalrenoverats med nya möbler. Den har en king size-säng i sovrummet med havsutsikt, fullt kök, matplats, badrum, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och ett vardagsrum med trädgårdsutsikt. Husdjur är INTE tillåtna, Rökning förbjuden. Grunderna är frodig anlagda och har en pool, grillplats och täckt parkering. Prince Kuhio är ett litet komplex och har fått ett "fast guldvärde" av "The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook".

Incredible in every way
From the view of the gardens just out the front door, to the view of the ocean out the back and everything in between, this place is breathtaking! The hosts have worked to think of everything one might need, including scuba gear & beach towels. As one other reviewer said, do not be concerned with the lack of air condoning. Once the windows are open, the ocean breeze keeps the apartment at the perfect temperature. Would heartily recommend this property, and would gladly stay here again. This is one of the best

Great space and location!
We loved this place! There was so much space for the 2 of us and the balcony with the ocean view and breeze was a dream! Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again. I was nervous about not having AC, but with the windows open, the wind kept it perfectly comfortable! We also didn’t have a car during our stay here but found the area to have plenty of walkable access to beaches, food, and shopping.

Great condo!
We really loved this condo. It had everything we needed for cooking some meals and enjoying the beach. We slept with the door open for a nice breeze and the condo was never too hot. The Rooster alarm clock does go off pretty early but we were able to go back to sleep most mornings. We would definitely stay here again!

Our bit of paradise
Second time on Kauai & at PK, & both booked through Vrbo. We love this condo complex for its location & quaintness. This place was lovely & well equipped with washer & dryer. The dishwasher was a suprise! The sound of the surf from the bed & the fountain from the couch reminded us we were in paradise.

Honeymooners!
This was our first time visiting Kauai and we loved it! It is very different from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, which is where we started our Honeymoon. The beaches were absolutely gorgeous and the wildlife was unreal (Monk Seals, Turtles and fish)! We also had a car for part of our visit, which gave us the opportunity to travel around the island to different spots including the hike through the canyons, which was amazing. We will definitely be visiting Poipu again!

Enjoyed our patio view of the ocean, easy access to Poipu beach with its safe snorkeling, and proximity to the Beachhouse restaurant (make reservations early in your stay). Utilized the fully equipped kitchen for meals as well. Check in was very simple. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, but
The location is very good but there were several glaring problems. 1- no ac 2- told it would sleep 4 but that is not true. The couch is not comfortable and the "futon" is a joke as far as sleeping is concerned. 3-The sun comes right in the bedroom at 5:30 or so and the unit desperately needs blackout curtains if you want to sleep past 5:30 am. We cannot recommend this unit until the above items are addressed. Now, it should also be noted that the unit was well stocked in all respects and the property is well maintained and the gardens are quite lovely. Best for two people assuming the corrections are made.
