The kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to cook but was also within walking distance to a shopping center with several restaurants. It was very clean and the AC was nice to have. The grounds were beautiful and quiet in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again.

Hosts were amazing from booking through to checkout. Condo well stocked with everything one would need. Very clean and spacious. It was nice to be on the ground floor with air conditioning. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here 5 nights in September, not long after Hurrucane Lowell. Humidity on Kauai is higher than we're used to so the a/c and ceiling fans were definitely worth paying a little more for. The listing photos are accurate; beautiful woodwork and tile floor throughout. Overall clean unit. Well appointed kitchen, though we didn't cook. Ed and Sharon communicated promptly and assured us before our stay that services had been restored and roads were open. Close enough to walk to shops but far enough from the noise. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

Ed and Sharon were very good hosts. They answered all our questions and left us a card and some Hawaiian cookies for our arrival. The condo was very nice and in a very good location for our 1st split week. The living room furniture was not very comfortable but we weren’t there much. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. The grounds are very pretty and it was very quiet. The pool was nice and also quiet during our stay. I would deff recommend this vacation condo on this beautiful island of Kauai. Mahalo

Everything was perfect. We hardly used the kitchen but was good to have. A/C was perfect and was great to have in the bedroom. Location was good and we really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect for our vacation in Kauai! The condo/unit was exceptionally clean with excellent kitchen, beach, and living amenities. The host was very responsive/attentive. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo and look forward to staying at this location again.

This is a lovely condo in the Poipu area. The complex the unit is in is on the older side but the condo itself is fully refurbished and very up-to-date. Very impressed with the overall appearance of the unit when walking in for the first time and throughout our stay. The furniture and bed are very nice and comfortable. Having the air conditioning in the bedroom and living room was very much appreciated. We didn’t cook while staying here but we did use the kitchen for prepping iced tea, coffee, using plates\utensils for when we brought food in from restaurants. Everything we needed was available to us, unlike we experienced at other places. Appreciated the new Tommy Bahama beach chairs to use at the beach along with the microfiber beach towels. Lastly communication with the host was very easy and responses were very timely. Overall had a great time in Kauai this trip staying at this condo. This is the best quality condo we have stayed in using VRBO. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again here if they would have us.

Kauai Get Away

We stayed at this wonderful VRBO for 10 days and had a great time. Clean, great location, plenty of space and on the ground floor, which is great for older bones. We will stay there again for sure.

Great location

My wife and I enjoyed staying here while in Kauai for a week. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything you need. The back lanai was a perfect spot to eat breakfast and relax while listening to the birds.

A lovely stay!

Ed and Sharon's condo is in a wonderful location, with lots of great nearby things to do, shops, and restaurants. As other visitors have noted, the neighboring wildlife gets noisy at night, so you may want earplugs! We had a terrific stay.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

This was a dream property, the location was perfect and felt secluded while being close to beaches and shopping. The unit was incredibly well stocked with everything you'd need for a successful beach outing, and we lacked nothing.

Lovely quiet holiday retreat

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every amenity offered by Ed and Sharon’s condo. Everything was clean and well cared for and to most anything we wanted to see on the island was quick and easy. We will most definitely stay again if we come back to Kauai.
