Vackert anlagda vandringsleder omgivna av fontäner. Barnen kommer att älska den enorma pooler, basketplaner och lekplatser. Nytillkomna hästskogrop. Den 27 tunnland gemenskap har även en egen sjö man kan fiska i !!

Hidden Dunes ligger vid stranden av Highway 98 (NO ROAD TO CROSS) och bara en halv mil från den fantastiska Sandestin Resort (österut), Silver Sands Outlet Mall (i väst), Destin Commons och Gran Boulevard San Destin

Ät vid matbordet med 6 stolar eller äta på bänkskivan bar för två. Passera genom fönstret i köket till screening i veranda med bänk sittplatser och bord för 4.

Den nedre sovrummet har sin egen herre badrum med stor trädgård badkar och dusch. Liten läshörna och stor walk in closet också i master. Gäst sovrum nere har queen size-säng och har nyrenoverat badrum (2018) med duschkabin tillgänglig. Den övre våningen loft har full size-säng och två enkelsängar med eget badrum. Alla rum har TV och takfläktar.

Drick ditt morgonkaffe i den underbara avskärmade-in veranda som har en genomgående bar i köket !! Kök som nyligen renoverats med granitbänk och rostfria vitvaror. Alla rätter, krukor och kastruller, brödrost, kaffekanna, och blender tillhandahålls. Ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare för 2017 !!

Strosa längs den vackra vandringsleder till stranden, eller ta en snabb tur på den kostnadsfria spårvagnen. Spårvagnen går från Memorial day helgen tills den andra veckan i augusti. Allt finns för en magnifik semester. Utomhus gas grillar runt hörnet från lägenheten. Njut av alla nöjen som Destin har att erbjuda!

Excellent stay!

This was our second stay in this condo and we absolutely love it! Location is perfect! Condo and property are clean and well maintained. Beautiful private walkways to the beach. Close to the main pool and hot tub. Well stocked kitchen as we do a lot of cooking and updated condo. The screened in balcony/patio is great for enjoying the evenings bug free! Excellent stay!

Gorgeous apartment near beach

This 2nd floor apartment is newly renovated, with airy high ceilings, walk-in closets, a screen room, and a soaking tub. The unit is within the Hidden Dunes Resort on a private beach (a five minute walk along shady paths), with sparkling white “powdered sugar” sand. We enjoyed the hot tubs, heated pools, fully staffed tennis courts and even pickleball.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful updated condo. Very clean and had just about everything you would need. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and meals. The complex in a whole was very clean, well maintained and secure with friendly staff on grounds. A short walk to the beach on a nice shaded pathway through the resort. The pools were nice to enjoy in the evenings. This was our 4 stay at the Hidden Dunns complex and our best yet.

Property is well maintained. Beach is a lengthy walk away, however, golf carts help make the trip easier.Our unit was updated and very nice!

August stay

My family and I stayed here in August. Pros are the setup of the unit gives privacy to each room and the loft provides some extra space. The unit was clean and we loved the out door deck. The cons are the master bedroom mattress is extremely uncomfortable and has a lump in the middle. The kitchen has everything you need to cook but is pretty small. The beach is a good ten minute walk. If you have a bunch of stuff this was a struggle and we drove each day. There is a shuttle but you can't get a wagon or cooler or anything else on there. The entrance to the beach has about 15 steps and no ramp so if you bring anything heavy you have to carry it down. Overall a clean and nice unit.

Nice condo with short walk through the complex to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for two parents and three teenagers. Condo was clean and well-stocked when we arrived. The kids enjoyed the large pool, which was never over-crowded and often had very few people. Grills were clean and near condo. The walk to the beach is 5-6 minutes through the complex with minimal traffic and no real roads to cross. Covered porch is nice in the evenings for eating or playing games. Only negative we noted, which is unavoidable in some areas of Destin, is that during busier traffic times it can be difficult to make a left turn from the complex back onto 98 toward Destin. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

We absolutely loved this unit! It was fully stocked with anything you could imagine. Kitchen had everything and more! The unit was super clean. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad. I used it for my daily excerise. Took me about 3 minutes. But the have a trolley you can call to come pick you up and drop you off at beach. We will be staying here again!! Owners very quick to respond!

Nice visit!

Property was great! Owners were outstanding to work with! Beach was further than the pool but the tram was available to take you were you needed to go. The chair and umbrella rentals that occupied all of the prime space on the beach was an irritant. If you bring your own, plan on hiking a little to set up or having your view blocked by, often ones, unused chairs and umbrellas. We made it work and enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place to stay

Took advantage of the nice pool, hot tub and grilling area just behind the condo. Beach was a short 5-10 minute walk. Nice pool house rest rooms & rest rooms by the beach. Rented beach chairs & umbrella on the beach & picked up a couple cheap beach chairs for the kids at Publix. Condo was clean and comfy!

Good times

Great communication with the host. Property was just as described online. Good location. Walkable to the beach (about 5 mins). Pools, hot tubs, playground, and BBQ all very close to the unit. Only negative was the lack of lighting. It felt very dark in the unit even when it was sunny outside. Other than that, would recommend staying here and hope to return. .

Beautiful beach

Condo was just as stated in rental info. Beautiful and clean, very spacious. Tram is not running due to Covid 19 so it is a bit of a hike to the beach just an FYI to anyone renting with babies or small children

Highly recommend!

WE LOVED THIS CONDO! The loft was perfect for our family of four (parents and two small kids) and the other bedrooms were great for the rest of our extended family. The unit was VERY clean and cozy. The screened in porch was a great space. Highly recommend!

End of winter with Covid19

We were pleased that the owner was quick to respond to us. A potential renter should be aware of the distance of the cottage to the beach. No tram service was available during our stay this year. We enjoy walking; so this wasn’t an issue for us. Hidden Dunes pools and private beach closed during our stay due due to Covid19 restrictions. The cottage worked well for us.
