This condo has a fantastic location with a beautiful view. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint would be that the furniture in the living room was not comfortable.

A fantastic view

The floor to ceiling windows added to the memorable views from this well equipped property. My main issue with Vacasa is their 10:00am check out and lack of extra bedding (ex. Pillow cases for the extra pillows). If you want to stay where you have an outstanding view and fewer crowds than Cannon Beach or downtown Rockaway Beach then this is perfect!

Best views

The condo had the best views from the living room with huge windows. We loved the view and easy access to the beach. The beach was never crowded so very tranquil to have so much beach space. We loved the kitchen amenities and huge shower. The condo was stocked with everything- post it notes, lantern, cooler, kite, chip clips, beach towels, and games. The decor was lovely and clean. We would definitely return.

Beautiful Views

Very spacious condo with breathtaking views of the ocean! Building was extremely quiet and peaceful. Not too much nearby though. Might be a bit more lively in the on-season. But if you're looking for some tranquility, you can find it here.

The condo was excellently clean. If you have allergies to pet hair, be aware that although there were very few stay hairs, there were a small amount. The stairs were many, so be prepared for a workout. The condo has lots of extra kitchen stuff, which we appreciated. The sofa bed is not a hide-a-bed, and was very firm

Sister vacation…

My sister and I have been to this complex before and it was great. We really like the view of the beach and the modern feel of the condo. We usually get a great beach walk in then stop by the Sand Dollar restaurant and lounge for refreshments.

Nice place to Stay for a Vacation

The Sea Shells sanctuary is located at Rockaway Beach. The Beach itself is wonderful. Much less crowded than Cannon beach. The condo is very nice, completely updated and has all the amenities you would need. The only negative is that it is on the second floor which makes unloading and loading a bit of a chore. Would definitely book this again

Steps to the sand

The property was very clean and obviously well cared for. We were unimpressed with Rockaway beach- very limited shops and restaurants- overall a very sleepy town. The beach was beautiful but unfortunately for us was fogged in for our entire stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large and newly renovated. Guests would really benefit from having a full length mirror somewhere in the unit. We were attending a wedding and I could only see myself from the shoulders up in the bathroom mirror. Most people I know like to check out their outfits before attending an event. The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable and the lack of any kind of curtains or shades made it very difficult to sit there in the late afternoon or evening. The kitchen was very well equipped and stocked with necessary supplies. One last thing- we would have really appreciated a few beach chairs! Overall a lovely place- but we won’t be returning to Rockaway.

Short birthday trip

Loved It!

Beautifully furnished and well stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking equipment. Nice and thirsty bath towels!! Cant beat the views and proximity to the beach. Will definitely be back.

Amazing condo!

This condo was absolutely amazing!! So many big and small things that made the stay so easy and comfortable. All of the kitchen items were of top quality and everything we might have needed was available. The view and the ease of getting onto the beach was fantastic. Within hours of arriving, we were considering when we could return!

Great View, location and clean

This was a really hard review to do because the property was absolutely lovely, clean, with what an incredible location and view. We had two major issues however and two minor that put a bit damper on our trip. 1: When we booked this property is has listed that it had access to a hot tub, which was one of the main reason we rented the location. As we prepped for the trip and received information on the listing the hot tub was no longer on the description and when we arrived we found the hot tub, but it was completely torn apart for maintenance I suspect. I can not find any notice of this change and thus it seems rather deceptive. If we would have been notified in advance and offered a discount to make up for this loss we would be much happier. 2: We also got this property because it had a large bath tub. On our second night we went fill up the tub we realized there was no hot water to fill the tub. We checked everything we could think of and nothing worked. This was extremely disappointing especially after not having the hot tub. Minor #1: Although the property is super nice and designer, we found the couch and two single chairs very uncomfortable to sit in and watch the waves or TV. We brought out pillows and tried to improve on this but nothing much worked. This is not a deal breaker, but something much more comfortable would have really improved our stay. Last and also minor, The property was extremely clean but we found that the fitted sheet had a sizable stain.

Beautiful condo and views

The condo is well appointed with anything you'd need for a getaway. I found this condo to be the absolute cleanest and well kept vacation rental that I have ever booked. The view and beach access is outstanding. We will book this property again.
