There is a separate email from HomeAway with the exact address aside from your confirmation. It was sent approximately 7 days prior to your arrival. I'm sorry that you missed it. The tennis court is at the end of the complex, the sidewalk is under repair right now, and the trees lifted the slabs but these are all to be repaired by the association soon. We are at the end of winter, this is the reason why the grass is not good, the cold damages the grass. I'm not sure which one is not accurate, however, I did not receive any question from you during your stay about this. I could have explained everything.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with my unit as everyone can see from the reviews. My unit is safe and well taken care of. I haven't had any security issues since I started renting here many years ago. Pauline initially wanted to rent for a year but seems like she found another accommodation and tried to cancel the booking, however, it was too late and this is the only reason I can think of for this negative review.
