Really absolutely loved the views and the property manager was very kind and thorough in their communication. The whole process of check in and staying then check out was seamless and wonderful.

Cozy

This place was such a comfy and cozy little place. Fireplace was on point, heated it up nicely. The views of the ocean was stunning! If we are ever back in the area, will definitely stay here again!

Excellent condo! It was perfect for two. Teresa was so great providing detailed information prior to check in. When we arrived, they had some nice welcome gifts for us. Location is awesome. Easy walks to beach, restaurants, grocery, parks, etc. I appreciated how tidy and clean everything was, and the additional supplies they provided like coffee and tea, shampoo and conditioner. Very nice and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful ocean view right on the beach! Just what my husband and I were looking for on our trip to the coast. We would stay again if ever back in Lincoln City.

Awesome Place to Stay, couldn’t ask for anything better

This was the absolute perfect place for my daughter and I to stay on our vacation to the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the beach because it was right outside our door. The hosts went above and beyond accommodating us when I made the mistake and didn’t book enough nights on the original booking. When we come back to the coast, this is where I’ll be staying. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.

Cheap oceanfront beauty

Based on a 5 star rating the ocean front view is a five star. Perfect in every way. The accommodations are not great but that is reflected in the price. I would recommend since there isn't a dishwasher and they want the dishes washed before you leave they should leave a new sponge (unopened) for the next guest. I wasn't comfortable washing our dishes with a dirty used sponge. Also, looked like there was painted over mold in the shower ceiling. It's a great price for the unobstructed ocean front view.

We have an onsite manager, and he is unaware of any ceiling mold. I will ask him to confirm this with me. Next time you stay with us, please notify us and we will provide you with an unopened sponge.

Cute little unit

The unit itself was clean and quiet. The space is just right for two people. The ocean view is stunning and the walk to the beach from the room is very easy and quick. Loved the little fireplace unit for heat and the cozy atmosphere it provides!

Sweet Beach Retreat

Very cozy beach retreat with an amazing view. The ambience of the fireplace and the sound of the ocean, made for quality sleep. The bed was so comfortable as well. Too bad we made this a short visit because I would loved to have stayed longer. Checking in process was very easy. Thank you for a quality stay!!

Overall good

We had a great experience overall. The only downside to the property is that it is next to the vehicle access to the beach and people will go out at all hours of the night and rev their engines and do donuts in the sand. Myself and my girlfriend were woken up every night because of this.

Great view!

The view was awesome! The condo seemed a bit worn. The bed was great but one of the chairs was broken. Didn't try the other one. Over all it was a great stay.
