This condo was exactly what we wanted! Master on ground level, kids had their space on third floor, and we could all meet in the great family space on the second floor. The location was perfectly situated between the beach and town, with the big gas station around the corner for odds & ends. Clint was so friendly and helpful. We will try to stay here whenever we go to Port A!

Stayed at Clint's place for Labor Day weekend for my daughter's 23rd birthday and surprise marriage proposal. Place was excellent and just a short drive to the beach. Neighborhood was amazing and so was Clint. Very prompt with replies to questions. Would definitely stay again!

The pool was enjoyable. The condo itself was as stated. However the tightness/inconvenience of parking wasn’t. Although the property owner was quick to respond and help out. The cleanliness of the condo was lacking. When arrived there was empty chip bags under beds and mold on the shower curtain. Also per the clean up instructions left, we were supposed to put the sheets in the closet hampers, however most were locked and no hampers were found.

Always a great stay

This is my family’s 2nd time staying here and we will be back. The place is clean, kitchen is well stocked and Clint is quick to respond if you need anything. The golf cart is convenient to rent and helpful for a quick ride to the beach or into town.

Things started off well. I got a call about my instructions to get into the property. After that, not so well. The AC did not work and I had several conversations in which I was told to close windows and the AC would cool the unit. It was 87 inside and the AC was broken. We came for my son's wedding and we could not get ready for our rehearsal dinner dripping in sweat. We showed up in swim cover ups and shorts. I spent most of my evening back and forth on the phone trying to get a technician out that night. The wire on the AC was corroded. Now it's 10:30 at night and we finally have AC that took 5 hours to cool down the house. We didn't know if we were going to have to pack up and find something else at midnight or not. On another note, the decor is beautiful but not well maintained or cleaned. Hair from previous renter was everywhere. Carpet is old and dirty and should be replaced. Upstairs bathroom with tub and toilet is awful and needs to be replaced. There was limited towels and NO Beach towels for the pool or beach, so bring your own. I requested a refund for the one day and was only offered a partial for my inconvenience. As a frequent traveler and renter of VRBO homes, a full refund should have been given. I heard from others there visiting, that Port A does not have very good options for clean nice places overall. Definitely not a repeat.

We loved our stay!!!

We all enjoyed the house! The kids loved the fact that there were 3 stories. The house was clean, all types of dishes were ready for us to use, close enough to the beach for our golf cart or theirs, and it still had a "home" feel. Definitely recommend this place.

Family getaway

The condo itself was great! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and the beds were comfy. The location to the beach was nice. But the parking was frustrating and poorly designed, esp if you drive a full sized vehicle.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed staying here. The layout was perfect for my family. I loved that the master was on the first floor. The owners have everything you need for the beach. The beach is very close by! We also enjoyed the golf cart access, the golf cart rental process was also very easy. We would definitely stay here again!
