Vår vackra, en våning, välkomnande med husdjur, uppdaterad med nytt kök, granit, kakel, villa med tre sovrum / två badrum, ligger i det lugna, familjevänliga kvarteret i Linkside i Sandestin, som ligger vid bredden av 30 mil lång, fem mil bred, hisnande Choctawhatchee Bay. Sandestin ligger på 2400 hektar spektakulär strand och bara 8 mil öster om Destin, och erbjuder något för alla. Den svepande Choctawhatchee Bay är världsberömd för sina utmärkta fiske-, seglings-, båtlivs-, delfinbesiktningar och ekoturer.

Ta golfvagnen som vi tillhandahåller med varje hyra för en snabb och bekväm resa till de orörda stränderna och smaragdvatten i Mexikanska golfen. Recent stay

Good location. Floors were a little sticky and sandy upon arrival. Nice floor plan, comfortable for the 5 or us. Appreciate the pet friendly option. Golf cart needs rear wheel repair constant screeching while in motion and the step deck on the back is about to break on the weld seam. Broken TV in bunk room upon arrival, but we were notified about it as we arrived, got replaced later in our visit.

We love this property… it is close to pools, shopping and eatery’s… it is easy to get around in the complex. This is out 3rd year at this property and wil continue to come back….

A Great Place To Visit

This was our second time to stay at this location and it did not disappoint. We would recommend it to anyone. And that goes for Shore Dreams Vacation Rentals and VRBO also.

Baseball trip

Cleaning was subpar, we weren’t aware that the refrigerator was either unplugged or left open after cleaning and the temperature was pretty warm when we bought groceries. Luckily it did cool down and nothing was ruined. The golf cart was nice to have but could use a tune up, it’s pretty noisy driving (loud enough people at the wharf said it didn’t sound good). We were here for a baseball tournament so the house was good enough to accommodate the trip. I loved the resort property but probably would not stay at this particular unit again. The property manager was very quick to answer calls.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The golf cart was a great accessory to get back and forth to the beach. The house was just right for our family of 6. Unfortunately the air conditioner went out with 2 days left. We were pleased with the quick response and constant communication to get it resolved.

Sweet Summertime

We will definitely stay here again. Everyone was so friendly. The place was super clean and smelled nice. Beds were comfortable. Having the golf cart was a plus to get to ALL of the many places to go within the resort. The linkside pool is under construction so we had to ride further to the other, however it’s going to be really nice when it’s done. Can’t wait to stay again.

Spring 2024 Getaway

I never want to stay in someone else’s “everyday”, so it was somewhat disappointing to see so many remnants. Floors and throw rugs were worn and dirty; Clothing and belongings from previous stay (or resident) were left behind to greet us on arrival (I threw away disposables, left clothing in closet); shower mat was wet and dirty; cable tv was in and out continuously; internet connectivity HORRIBLE; cell service was minimal; golf cart rental was rickety; whole stay just seemed very antiquated as an experience - like there was no consideration that guests may need to work remotely, stream, Zoom, etc. It felt less 2024 and more 2005 for lack of a better analogy… some guest may appreciate the “disconnectedness” of that type of experience, but for me it was isolating and extremely inconvenient driving a (rickety) golf cart to civilization (Baytowne Wharf or Grand Blvd) for a “real internet signal” (my hot spot wouldn’t even connect due to poor cell service in the home -Bayside). It is what it is… but I’ll stay (and purchase long term) Lakeside from here on out. I never had any of these issues in tri-yearly stays in San Destin. Bayside Neighbors and San Destin Locals were telling me connectivity is MUCH worse in the high season, which makes sense - as Bayside probably doesn’t have the infrastructure to support cell, cable and internet service, and they’re probably at the “end of the line for splitting”. So much growth…

Fall Break Vacation

House was very accommodating for a family. We cooked meals and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The golf cart to get around was super convenient also. Had no issues with anything so we didn’t have to contact anyone during our week long stay. Great neighborhood that was super quiet.

Great for the whole family!

Awesome place to stay with everything you need for a great family vacation. Kitchen is well stocked, tons of extra pillows/blankets and towels stocked. We arrived to all the fans and some lights left on for us which was so nice because we got in late. House was perfectly clean, beds and pillows were super comfy, too! Pool is just right around the corner. My husband could fish and my kids swim just a few feet from each other which was awesome. Sandestin resort has something for everyone. Baytown resort is super fun at dusk for kids of all ages. House also has 3 great outdoor spaces for relaxing with coffee in the morning. Golf cart provided made getting around that much easier. Overall great vacation!

Found our new go to place in Destin

Just came back from a week at this property. The location was perfect for us and our dog. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood with one pool right around the corner and another not far by golf cart. Upon arrival the place smelled and looked clean. The bed and living room furniture were all very comfortable and the screened in porch was perfect for afternoon lounging. Being pet friendly was important for us and the location provided a nice walking area and paths for morning and afternoon walks. The golf cart was a great feature as we used it to go everywhere on the resort, Baytown wharf, marina, beach. The only downside is the packed in beach area but that is not the property owner’s fault. The resort puts out lots of pricy chair/umbrellas that no one seemed to be using. We just walked a little further or went to other beach areas. All in all a great place that we look forward to staying at in the future.
