Lyssna på havets vågor kommer iland när du somnar. Ha ditt kaffe ute på balkongen med utsikt över den orörda stranden i North Myrtle Beach andelslägenhet. Se solen gå upp över havet från ditt vardagsrum fönster. Sola eller spela på stranden direkt framför lägenheten. Titta på pelikaner sväva förbi ditt fönster flyga i en precisions rad som soldater. Den lägenhet ligger på 7: e våningen som ger dig en fantastisk utsikt över stranden och havet. Det finns en hiss och ett parkeringsgarage i byggnaden. Vi kallar vår lägenhet "Havet beskjuter" och du kommer definitivt vet att du är på stranden från inredningen. Den stora poolen och hot tup är under tak. Poolen omges med plast under vintermånaderna för att göra det en inomhuspool. På sommaren tar plasten ner och sidorna är öppna låta havsbrisen flöda igenom. Det finns också en bastu och ett träningspass rum med ett löpband och motionscyklar. Detta är en icke-rökare lägenhet, men vi tillåter rökning på balkongen utanför.

HEAVEN ON EARTH-- AMAGING

This was the most amazing vacation ever!. Working with Mary Anne and being able to stay at her amazing oceanfront condo was so renewing. I loved the beachfront deck where I enjoyed family talks and morning meditations and praises. Family night consisted of watching old vhs movies. Everything we needed to cook a meal was at our reach... crackpot one day, hamburgers on the indoor grill... everything while listening to beach music on the available CD player. Thanks Mary Anne... all thumbs up and it was amazing to be able to meet you. I really respect that.. most people you never see. Thanks... we definitely recommend you to everyone and plan on another visit . Again... this condo was amazing, clean and everything you would ever want... and more!!!!

Beautiful Condo!

The booking and checking in processes were very easy. Mary Ann was a wonderful host with a beautiful condo. The location was perfect! Close enough to all the restaurants and attractions we wanted to visit but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The beach wasn't crowded and it was a very family friendly area. All of the guests in our building were courteous and friendly. We hope to book with her again next Summer!

Excellent location and perfect for family with kids

We enjoyed our stay , the location of the property is perfect for beach lovers. Best views of the beach and the beach is perfect for kids. The owner was very friendly and communication was very fast . The property is little older but you won’t feel it with the beach and views. Property is very close to all shopping needs and safe place to stay . Only change I would recommend is to change the Mattress. Other than that we enjoyed the stay with our kids . We stayed for a week.

Best stay ever

Mary Ann is the best owner I’ve ever dealt with and that experience alone made a great trip. The condo is in the perfect location, you are literal feet away from the beach and the view from the balcony is great. Check in was a breeze and this condo has every appliance you will need during your stay. You are a short drive away from several super markets and restaurants and a brief walk away from Main Street. The building itself was cleaned in a consistent basis and the elevators come quickly. Overall my family had a great time. We will definitely book this condo again next year.

Loved it! Will come back!

We had the privilege of staying here for our oldest’s graduation celebration. The unit was so adorable! The Seashell themed house and the decor captured the beach perfectly, especially, since you can see it from every window! The sounds of the ocean from the master bedroom/porch are calming and serene. Miss Mary Ann was very sweet and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our time there.

Good not great

The location of the condo is great. Walking distance to Main Street for restaurants, ice cream, and tourist shops. The views were wonderful. These were 2 big pluses for us. However, the cleanliness of the condo was not good. We let Maryann know and she is a apologetic. I was nervous traveling during COVID and had hopes that the cleaning would be even better during this time. This was unsettling. The TV in the living room was also problematic - it stopped connecting to the internet every time it was turned on. The condo definitely needs some better cleaners and some upgrading, but the location and views were nice.

Best View on the Beach!

Really no complaints at all. The unit was clean, kitchen was well stocked with dishes , pots /pans etc.. Coffee maker + Kurig was good to have. The enclosed pool was an nice bonus. Great escape on a hot day. Thanks very much Mary Ann for hosting

Location.. Location... Location!!!

This place has the best location. Walking distance to the downtown area. The Taco Shack is amazing!! Bedrooms are small. Washer and dryer are small too. Place needs a little refreshing but overall worked great. Mary Ann was great to deal with too!

Excellent location

The location is perfect with an amazing view. The owner is easy to communicate with and quick at responding. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. The only issues for us were that there is no access to the gym as it is for owners only (despite it being advertised on the property listing) and also overall cleanliness of the condo. However, the owner was quick to accommodate us for the gym.

Wonderful Stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo was great and had everything we need for the stay. The only thing we had to do was buy food. I was not expecting everything that we got upon arrival. The check in process was easy and we were able to move right it. The best part about the stay was having the beach right out the back door. It was amazing. Thanks again.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I have been coming to North Myrtle Beach on vacation for the last 10 years. I love to golf, shag dance, eat at all the great restaurants, walk on the beach, ride my bike on the beach, visit the local winery on music days and all the other activities this area has to offer.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I love to sit on the balcony and watch the waves come into shore. From the balcony you can see dolphins swimming by and pelicans flying by at eye level. I bought this condo because it has the location I love. It has the best ocean front views on the beach and it is located within walking distance to main street where I go to eat and dance. I am one of the very few condo's with a grill on my balcony.
