Thanksgiving Blessing

We enjoyed this house very much. Beach walkover is a short walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The house was stocked with everything we could have needed. Lots of space, very clean and peaceful. My family felt very blessed during our Thanksgiving stay.

The girls not two issues I had was the lack of starter material, I.e toilet paper and paper towels. Also I had to purchase hand towels for each bathroom as there was not one to use at all. We did take our own bath/beach towels and toilet paper and paper towels but one restroom didn’t have a roll at all and another barely had any on the one that was there. The Ac downstairs does not work as well as the one upstairs and that is because we made sure not to put it under 72 as stated in the information given from the agency. All else was wonderful.

Wonderful stay at Cay Sara Sara

The house is very, very nice - great floor plan and lovely decor. There was a problem on Saturday with the electricity coming into the house. Not knowing when the power company might arrive, Cobb realty promptly identified another location where we could stay. The new location would not have met our needs quite as well, but it was convenient and would have been better than having to go home a day early. We thoroughly appreciated the prompt, professional response to the issue. Turned out that we did not have to relocate and we greatly enjoyed our 3-day visit.

Plenty of dishes and cooking suplies, plus dish towells and hot pads. Wish the owners would allow use of the dumb waiter/elevator. This would sure help with the loading and unloading of luggage and supplies, especially for the over 50 crowd.

There was plenty of room and the house was very comfortable. Would do it again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the beach house and it was perfect for our needs. We were there for 10 days, so we needed the wi fi connection. My problem was that someone was there before us and stained the carpet, so the carpet was not clean. There were other problems, but Cobb Realty took care of them. Also, there was a lift and we were not allowed to use it because of liability. I understand, but I would have been willing to sign a waiver or pay a deposit. There were 4 of us, all around 70 years old, that had to lug everything up. But I loved the 2 living rooms, the kitchen and the deck. The view was great and easy access to the beach.
