Beach Front i det unika Three Tree Point-området.

Hemmet ligger precis vid det rena vattnet i Puget Sound i ett pittoreskt område i Burien med namnet "Three Tree Point". Hela huset är ombyggt och dekorerat i en "beachy" känsla.

Three Tree Point är en unik, nära stickad gemenskap, full av aktiv energi. Du kommer ofta se sjölejon som solar eller hör dem skälla, kala örnar flyger över huvudet och laxhoppning. Tillsammans med allt detta djurliv pågår andra vattenaktiviteter som segling, paddling, kajakpaddling, kitesurfing, strandkamning och till och med simning. Verkligen en dold pärla i Pacific Northwest!

Ett fullt utrustat kök är ljust och öppet, perfekt för underhållande. Det kompletta badrummet ligger på bottenvåningen. En queen size-säng i sovrummet loftet har franska dörrar på ett litet däck möblerat med stolar och ett bord perfekt för ditt morgonkaffe och utsikt över Mount Rainier. Ett litet rum med en enkelsäng ligger precis utanför sovrummet på övervåningen som har ytterligare utrymme för ett paket för en baby eller ett litet barn om det behövs. Den nedre sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Det andra badrummet är i garaget, perfekt för dusch efter att ha hängt på stranden.

Huset ligger på motsatt sida av en smal stadsväg från stranden. På strandsidan av huset finns parkering för två bilar, och en stor inhägnad, privat sitt- och matplats, en gaseldstad och ramp till stranden. Massor av badlakan tillhandahålls för dessa sandstrandagar. Paddelbrädor erbjuds samt fiskeutflykter mot en avgift.

Beach getaway

The home was so cute and clean. Had everything we needed to make meals. The Nespresso was lovely in the mornings. It was a perfect spot for our family of four. My 4yr old loved having his own bed and little room. The beach just steps away and a little corner store walking distance made it very family friendly spot.

A WONDERFUL place to stay!

Our daughter, her two children and her cousin had the pleasure of staying in your lovely home overlooking Puget Sound. They had everything they needed for cooking a couple of nice meals; seating and sleeping was comfortable and the house was tastefully decorated. We bet it would be even better during the summer months!

Stay for the Location and Character

I loved the character of this property, and the water views really are amazing! It’s a multi-level home with the main floor being up a flight of stairs from the road. There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor and one on street-level. The lower bedroom has its own access to a full bathroom, and the other bathroom is on the main level. Everything was super clean— even the “basement” bathroom. There is an Nespresso machine with pods for flavored or decaf coffee. Easy access to the airport and national parks, as well, and check-in was easy. I wish we had stayed here longer to fully utilize the water access!

Amazing spot!

We were in town to visit family in Normandy Park over Christmas. I was in and out with a 4 & 5 year old. House was perfectly appointed with anything you needed. Cooking, family time and laundry was all very easy to manage. I was surprised how warm and cozy it was in the stormy weather. The views and beach are stunning, would be even more beautiful in summer months!

Wonderful location

This was the cleanest home we have ever rented from VRBO. It was well appointed and the kitchen was well stocked with little things like salt, pepper, PAM, spices, etc.The views were gorgeous.

The cottage was quaint and had the most beautiful view of the sound. The owners were responsive and accommodating when we reached out about checking in early when we arrived ahead of schedule. The bedding was outstanding and the beds were comfortable.

An excellent beach cottage

This 1930s cottage is an excellent way to enjoy Seattle. The views of the mountains over the water are stunning. The cottage is well maintained and the owners are easy to contact and deal with. Getting to downtown Seattle is a breeze. The location is perfect. Some things to keep in mind, about the layout. First, the bath for the downstairs bedroom is in the garage. Not far but depending on temp it can be colder. That room does not have the stunning views. There is not a bathroom on the level with the master bedroom and the twin is in a closet like area immediately adjacent to the master. The master is in a loft area not a closed bedroom so the sounds from the main level where the kitchen and TV are can be clearly. The main level and the level where the master is has wonderful views and a quaint balcony to enjoy the views. It’s an adorable place just be prepared for the stairs (it’s 3 levels) and the layout. We enjoyed our stay!

College move-in+

We had a wonderful stay at this great cottage in Burien - great location with beautiful views, and a well appointed property. We were moving our daughter into UW from across the country, and this location was a great spot closer to dorm room shopping sites (IKEA, Target, Costco, etc) but removed from the move-in crowds near the university. The hosts were fantastic and helpful with any needs that we had. Burien is a great town with good restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

Incredible Views, Lovely Stay

Todd and Tiana were lovely hosts and have beautifully provided a space to enjoy time together by the water in Three Tree Point. The kitchen was clean and organized well, and it was well stocked with things you need for a smooth mealtime! The bedrooms were clean and spacious, and the attached bedroom with a smaller bed was the perfect layout for my 5-year-old to have his own room. The private deck on the water was such a breathtaking view, and it included a lovely seating area for guests along with an outdoor dining setup. My family and I visit Seattle often and we'll definitely be staying here again! Five stars!

Happy Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful thanksgiving with family who live just 5 minutes from where we were staying. The view was beautiful and the weather was some of the best we have had when visiting at this time of year, making the view of the mountain and sound stunning. The house was clean and stocked to meet all of our needs. Thank you Todd and Tiana, we hope to return soon.

Amazing views & location

Girls trip (guests from FL, IN and ID), the cottage was exactly as described in the listing AND MORE. Great location convenient to downtown for sight seeing yet on a very peaceful street as if you are on your very own private island. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of bath linens & thoughtfully well stocked kitchen. Our only recommendation would be upgrade the pancake pillows on all 3 beds & perhaps offer a pair of binoculars. We would have loved a pair for morning watching of sealife swimming by. Overall, we LOVED this cottage! Would highly be likely to return in the future.

Little bit of heaven

Bright, fresh, clean, and airy! This pretty little house is nicely furnished, with high-end kitchen appliances and beautiful views of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier from the living area and master bedroom. Plus you'll have access to a beach-side deck just across the small street. The owners live next door and are exceptionally helpful and friendly. We’ll be back again and again!

Three Tree Point

Exceeded our expectations. Location is terrific, a beautiful natural setting with easy access to downtown Seattle. Watched a whale swim by close enough to hear its blowhole from the living room. Excellent amenities throughout. Short walk to a little store with good coffee and small meal service. Loved this place!

Seattle Holiday

The location was incredible - a quiet seaside neighborhood with easy access to the airport and all of Seattle/surrounding area. The parking is great, and the beach area is a great place for morning coffee or evening beers. The living area - kitchen, dining, and living room - are open and wonderful for a great family time. The house is well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. Could not recommend more!

Great getaway

This home is absolutely amazing with all the necessities of a cooking kitchen. The ocean breeze calms and soothes the soul. The area is very quiet and private. The hosts were quick to respond and helpful. The rooms had a lot of privacy and resources. The outdoor space on the waterfront was a wonderful and serene surprise. The airport and food stores were also close to the house. What a great place to stay so close to the airport and water!!

We had a great experience with this rental. Everything went smoothly with getting into the house. It was stocked with everything we needed for the week. Great space for us and our three college aged sons. Very peaceful home base for a week of exploring the area.

Three Tree Point is part of our day to day life: We live next door to this property. We are Todd and Tiana Manola and we live here with our two children. Todd grew up right here on Three Tree Point in Burien and couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We purchased this home mostly because we live next door and have always loved this little beach house. We have been on Three Tree Point since 2006 as a family but before that, Todd grew up on the street and so did his dad. This is such a unique, close knit community and we love it so much. It's great to visit for a weekend, week, month, or to stay forever and raise a family, like we chose to do!

The view is the best thing about Three Tree Point. The water is clear and beautiful and Mount Rainier is in clear sight on sunny days. You will see gorgeous sunsets, beach wild life, bald eagles, and calm waters. This is truly a private little place, a secret to most.
