Wonderfull

We stayed there for 4 days. We had a wonderful time. Only negative thing there were not enough bathroom tissues available. We surely stay there again if we visit Orlando in near future.

We provide everything a guest needs for when they arrive - need to replenish bathroom accessories yourself I'm afraid!! LOL. Glad you had a great vacation and look forward to welcoming you back again in the future!

Christmas in Florida

We had an amazing vacation in Florida. Simbas Pride was exactly as described in the listing. We spent most of our time in the pool with our 6 year old granddaughter having a ball. Our only night out we went to ovation Bistro and bar and had a fabulous dinner. Thank you Simon for an amazing family vacation.

Davenport

This is a good place for a family to stay while they are spending time at Disney World. This area is not good for walking to stores or parks. The traffic is also very busy and congested compared to other parts of Florida. The house itself is comfortable and well equipped for 6 to 8 people.

Home away from home

Beautiful home. The Pictures do not do this home justice! Very clean, plenty of towels, kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need. TV in every room. We loved the fact it has two master suites, one for my mother-n-law . It was Nice to relax by the pool all day. Check in, Communication with owner was easy and they were very responsive. We hope to return in the future for another stay.

Wonderful home - Great people

We stayed at this property for 10 days and it was fantastic!! The home was beautiful!! It was so inviting to come into, it really has a relaxed environment, it made it really easy for the kids to feel right at home. The pool was great and the alarm system on the door that leads to the pool was a huge bonus. It allowed us to know when either of children went to the pool area which makes it extremely safe!! I would recommend this home to anyone & everyone!! The owners of this home were extremely helpful, understanding, patient and kind. Because of them being so great to deal with gave this family vacation just that extra amount of ease and enjoyment.

Spring Break 21

Overall our experience was great. The house met our expectations. The pool was a bonus for my girls and niece. We did have trouble with the lizards around the pool and there was one in my girls bed hiding under the covers. There was also a black snake roaming near the pool so that was terrifying for the girls but it disappeared after a while. We really enjoyed the home, the location and cleanliness. I recommend this property to everyone and I look forward to renting this home again in the future.

Disappointed

The Property was not clean. We had received and email the night we got to Florida that the AC was not working and would be fixed in the morning. It was 90 degrees outside so the house was extremely hot and we opened the windows. The window sills were full of dirt and black mold. The carpets had stains all over them. We found trash on the floor behind furniture when we were opening windows. There were still towels and sheets in the dryer. My husband's pillowcase smelled like cologne and my daughter's smelled like sweat. There are not many things to use to cook with or store food. Some of the utensils were dirty. The bed post in my son's room fell off when he touch it and you could tell someone tried to put it on previously. The AC never worked properly the whole time we were there. It never got below 74 degrees and was usually 76 to 78 which is miserable. The washer also Broke while we we there but did not work properly when it was working. It was too hot to use the gameroom and the Xbox would not work. The house is not upkept. There is dirt and black mold outside, the paint needs to be redone and there are several bees nest at the front door. We have been using VRBO since 2014 and this is the first time we stayed somewhere and had this horrible of an experience!

We are totally gutted to receive such a poor review. Unfortunately the day Kelli was due to arrive the A/C decided to finally give up - we had spent $$$ the previous week on a re-gas - and so it needed to be replaced. We kept Kelli fully informed and a complete new unit was fitted the following day though Kelli was unhappy that we wouldn't allow her to have the AC at 70 degrees. Because we live in the UK and the associated time difference we made Kelli fully aware of our local management company contact details. The MC was actually at the property throughout the second day of the family's stay to monitor the AC work. For unknown reasons Kelli chose not to raise any of these issues with him at the time, in fact, many were only raised in the review. We actually found out about the washing machine when the cleaners tried to use it because Kelli hadn't informed us. - It was immediately replaced along with a new x-box!! Guests before Kelli and the most recent guests both left reviews complementing us on our villas cleanliness and appearance so some of the comments are hard to fathom. We pride ourselves on our villa's standards and have had many excellent reviews. All guest feedback is taken on board however and acted on where possible so we can keep improving.

Stupendous Memorial Weekend Getaway!

Our stay at Simba's Pride was wonderful....had a hard time leaving. Everyone had such a great time, it was spacious, well-lit, the screened in pool and game room of course were the All Stars. My mom had her own suite with a bathroom so she was happy and satisfied which made me happy in return. Target and Publix two of my favorite stores were nearby. We're thinking about renting your place again next year around the same time! Simba's Pride is a beautiful home and includes all the amenities required for a great family vacation.

Fantastic

We had such a great time staying at Simba's Pride. We were there over New Year's. There is so much space, and everything you could need. The kids loved the swimming pool! Once their little legs got tired from walking around at Disney they we ready to go swimming. We will definitely be going back!

Excellent accommodation, in quiet location and well place for Orlando attractions.

We visited friends staying at the property during the Easter holiday. It was conveniently located a short distance from the main highways, though on a quiet family orientated estate. The property was cool and spacious, clean and neutrally decorated. The games room was a huge bonus for our two boys. However the highlight was the pool. Outdoors, though screened off - it was directly off the property. Also ideal size and depth for them, they had a whale of a time. Perfect accommodation to come home to after a busy day in the theme parks etc.
