Enheten renoverades i mars 2015. Deluxe havsutsikt enhet med en king size-säng i ett privat sovrum. Vardagsrummet har 3 enkelsängar (rulla säng med 2 enkelsängar och en separat säng) Nytt läderstativ. Sitt på din privata 3: e våningen balkong och njuta av den vackra utsikten över delfiner hoppa i smaragdgröna vattnet. Ta en oändlig promenad på den mjuka vita sandstranden.
Gulf World Marine Park är tvärs över gatan. Det finns gott om restauranger och affärer inom gångavstånd.
Pier Park är en halv mil bort och har en biograf, restauranger som Margarita, Tootsies, Buffalo Wild Wings, 5 Guys och många fler. Presentsouvenirbutiker, nattliv, dans, glassbarer, livsmedelsbehov, Wal-Mart, Target, Dillards och en nöjespark. Piren är bra för fiske eftersom det är den längsta på golfen!

Great stay… no complaints!

Overall property seems to be well taken care of… the condo itself was just as advertised! Owner was very friendly and responsive. I’m looking forward to returning maybe even this summer again!

Enjoyed the stat

Enjoyed the layout of the condo as I’m an early bird but my wife isn’t. She could peacefully sleep while I attended to my routine of coffee and checking emails. The owner is very responsive and attended to our needs promptly.

Beachfront Condo

Perfect little cozy condo for anyone who needs a beach getaway. Had a hiccup with checking in but it was the VRBO app, not the homeowner's fault. She got me straightened out right away. I had a positive experience all around. Great beach, nice neighbors, and plenty of places nearby.

Continental Condos-PCB-VRBO

This property location and the owner were amazing. Beautiful view from the balcony on the beach, walking distance of Pier Park and Gulf World as well as many other stores. The owner gave me all the information that I needed well ahead of my arrival and was quick to respond to any questions I had before and during our stay. This is so much easier than dealing with the condo rental associations. I can't wait to go back!

Construction noise was horrible!

The condo was okay. We were looking for a recliner and that was perfect! We were not informed of construction on the building, and were totally freaked by jackhammers on the outside wall Monday around 9:30 am! This continued daily from about 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. They even drilled a hole right into the living room and stuffed a cloth into it to cover the hole. Consequently, each day we had to leave the premises. Apparently the decks are loosening and the contractors were checking/reinforcing the rebar. Also we had to pay an additional $50 for a fee to the "new" management company.

My favorite place to stay....

Location- location- location.....close to beach, walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants or very short drive. Clean and staff friendly. Will definitely go back!

We really enjoyed staying at this property.

This property has a beautiful view of the beach and the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, and the kids really enjoyed the pool. My husband and I would consider renting this property again. It's in a great spot for all of the activities in PCB. We would have liked to have more lighting in the master bedroom and a broom to sweep up the sand, but overall it was a great retreat for us. Thank you!!

We have driven down from Connecticut for the past 19 years with our 3 children. It is a wonderful family bonding experience. We have made so many great memories at the beach.

The children are still finding new and enjoyable things to do as they grow older. After 19 years they still can't wait to visit.

The resort is smoke free. It's walking distance to restaurants, entertainment for all, shopping and endless walks on the beach. It is in a section of PCB that caters to adults and their families not wild teens.
