The perfect studio boasting a full kitchen with 2 full beds on the ground floor. Walk out the patio door and within steps you are on the World's Most Beautiful Beach. The Continental offers heated pool and onsite Tiki Bar. Wake every morning with beautiful ocean front views! Take a short walk to Pier Park and other area attractions! Please note: there is construction going on at the Continental. Please be advised pets are not allowed.

The location of this unit was perfect. Walking right out to the beach and ocean was our priority and it did not disappoint. For the price, this was completely what we had expected and would definitely visit again!

It was nice being able to walk out directly from the condo to the beach! Also, the beach outside the condo was never crowded. The condo was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Don't think there's another place available with this easy of access to the beach. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay with the best views and easiest access to the beach, this is your place! The host was so kind and very responsive to questions we had during our stay. We plan on visiting again!

We went here for my daughter’s birthday. It was a very nice condo. It is a very great location. You can walk to Sharkys, Shuckums, Pier Park, Barefoot HideAWay Grill, and many more attractions. It could use a deep clean beside the stove and trash can, but it was an overall amazing experience. Mark was a great host. You can park underground and above ground. The room is on the bottom floor so underground parking is a great option. It is just steps from the beach.

Fantastic location!! Walk right out of the condo to have a perfect view of the aqua colored Gulf of Mexico! The white sand at PCB is stunning! The exterior of the complex has been updated and has a sharp appearance. Parking of our vehicle was extremely convenient! Mark does a great job of communicating in a timely manner. RDE

Perfect location for our weekend get away! We will definitely book again. Walking distance to everything, not overly crowded. Room was comfy and cozy. The host communicated well.

This place is all about the value. It is no frills, but right on the beach. You can see the beach from the unit, and it is a very short walk before your toes hit the sand. All of our communications with the owner were answered quickly. Parking was easy, as we were able to park in the lower level of the parking deck right by the unit, and it felt safe and secure. The listing mentions construction going on, but we did not see it or hear any noise while we were there. Great place to stay.

Location and accessibility to the beach could not have been any better . Perfect room for my family stay and parking and convenience to access our room was perfect able to unload right in front of the room. We plan to stay here again in the future, we will be back.

Excellent location

We would definitely stay here again. Loved how we were a short walk to the beach and we could even walk to pier park to shop and sharkys to eat. Everything was so close to us. We enjoyed our stay!

This unit is a 'cabana' level unit. Which means there are no steps in or out of this nicely decorated studio condominium. Walk right out to the beach from the patio and enjoy stopping by the on site Tiki Bar as you make your way to the beach. There is also a heated swimming pool for those who may want lounge on the pool deck.
