Great location. The perfect size for our group of 6. We had one in our party who struggled with the stairs and took advantage of the elevator. It was quick and efficient. Paulo and Riccardo were great and extremely helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport.

Riccardo and Paolo are truly amazing. They are very helpful and always quickly respond to any message. The apartment is just what we needed as a group of 5, and the air conditioning was the best and MUCH needed. Beds were comfortable and the living area was great. All in all, we would definitely come back and stay here, very central, made it easy to walk. Paolo recommended the Capri and Amalfi day trip tours- do not miss, the best experience!

Paolo was a wonderful host. The place is clean, well equipped. The washer/dryer was very handy for 10 day travel. The location is so close to the Colosseum and close to metro and bus to other sights. Paolo provided great info on . Walking distance to Roma Termini train station. Great stay. Well stay when visiting Rome.

Extremely convenient location, lots of room for my group of 8 to spread out. Paolo was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. It was nice to hear the history of the building and surrounding area. The living/kitchen area isn't huge, but they've made it work well with a dining table that easily changes size depending on your current activity.

Rome Vacation

Visited Rome with our two adult daughters. Apartment was central for sightseeing, restaurants. Paolo was very responsive. Check in was fast and easy. We hated to leave!

Wonderful stay in Rome

We had a lovely stay in Rome. Paolo was incredibly helpful regarding arranging transportation for 5 members of our family, providing information regarding a local market and coffee/pastry location. We were within walking distance of the Colosseum and many wonderful restaurants. Thank you for contributing to such a fun vacation. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Great location

This apartment was in a great location to walk to multiple shops, food and tourist spots. Easy to grab a cab from the front door for further adventures. The host was responsive and helpful. Plenty of room for our large group.

Great Colosseum rental

Excellent location for Colosseum and Palatine Hill area activities. We loved the local markets and foods, very tasty and convenient. The beds were comfy and air conditioning superb.

Central to everything - We walked to all the sites. Paolo couldn’t have been more helpful, making reservations and answering questions. The apartment is well equipped beyond basics, making the stay so easy. Highly recommend!

A great apartment for a family vacation in Rome

We had a wonderful stay at Paolo's. The apartment is beautiful decorated and was ideally appointed for our family of 5. We loved the location - a 5 minute walk from the Colosseum/Forum, and yet far enough away from the tourist crowds to allow us a break. The apartment is also close to some excellent neighborhood restaurants and convenient to good grocery stores. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome!

Fabulous location, clean and modern apartment

Paolo was a fantastic host, incredibly helpful and friendly - and he recommended a fabulous restaurant that became our favorite in Rome! The apartments were wonderfully located, clean, and modern in a beautiful historic building. Wifi worked great, very fast. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while exploring Rome! We will definitely stay here again!

Good size apartment with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms but the bathrooms are fairly small. Apartment looks in better condition online than in person but overall it is clean and comfortable. The apartment is on the 5th floor and is accessible via a small elevator. Area surrounding the apartment has a lot of dining options all within walking distance and the Colosseum is literally a 10 minute walk away and you can see it from the entrance to the building. If you are driving a rental vehicle be aware parking is difficult but there is a parking garage right across the street but it is expensive ($60 Euros a day). The roads are also fairly busy, so you must be careful while walking around.

Paolo was a great host! He communicated and made sure we had everything we needed. We even used a couple of his favorite local restaurants for dinners. Excellent choices! Thank you again for a wonderful several days in Rome.

Colloseum stay

The apartment is very closed to the colosseum on a fifth floor with elevator. The apartment is somewhat old but well maintained and renewed bathrooms. Paolo was an excellent host, always available and helping us with the transfer and recommendations.

Excellent apartment

We super love paolo' s place. It was clean, modern and has everything we needed to make us feel at home. It was very close to the colloseum. Easy access to public transportation. Paolo was very nice and easy to deal with. We will definitely choose his place again when we go back to roma. Thanks Paolo for letting us stay in your lovely place.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Paolo was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we may have had. The location was great, not too far from the Colosseum. It wasn't in the middle of everything but it was still easy to get to anything necessary. Paolo had recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores and atm machines. Some of our party had mobility issues so the elevator was very nice. It worked well for our party of 5 and we had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment

We had 12 magical days in Rome with our family of 5. 3 daughters from ages 21-32 This was an excellent location with a view of the colosseum as soon as you step out to the street. Apartment is just as it appears in the pics although a little narrower but I expected that. Clean and quiet. Paolo was super responsive to any question and he helped us immensely in getting a private driver for a day trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Our Roman Holiday Was Great

My family and some friends, 8 of us total, recently stayed at Paolo's apartment in Rome, it was exactly as presented on Home Away. The apartment was very clean, and very close to the Colosseum and access to the bus lines were right outside of the facility, very easy to use. The apartment is very safe and kept warm for us as it was a little chilly outside this time of year. Paolo also arranged for a tourist guide for a few days, per our request which I highly recommend if you decide to go this route. I highly recommend this property, thanks to Paolo, we would stay here again.

Great Location and Wonderful Host

The obvious plus is the location -- so close to the Colosseum! But the extra plus is Paolo -- he was very helpful. He arranged our pickup from the airport and spent quite a while with us at the apartment going over a city map and helping us get oriented. He had a book with information about restaurants, sight seeing, and shopping nearby. The apartment was clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. The air conditioning, elevator, and washing machine made this apartment extra nice. The neighborhood was very nice, and we felt safe walking at night -- which I would recommend because it is absolutely beautiful.

The location is unique. The Colosseum, the most important monument in Rome, is only 400 meters far from the apartment. The area is the most ancient part of Rome and also the most dense of monuments, churches, museums and archaeological sites. The area is also served by metro/underground/bus/tram. If you decide to stay in my apartment you will be able to walk everywhere saving lot of time and energies!
