Rom Boende nära Colosseum och Romerska forum - Nära Roms viktigaste monument, Colosseum, finns lägenheten San Clemente Basilica. Lägenheten totalrenoverades enligt höga kvalitetsstandarder och elegant och modern stil.

Lägenheten ligger på första våningen (utan hiss) i en totalrenoverad byggnad. Windows möter interna domstolar, så lägenheten är helt tyst.

Lägenheten består av två oberoende dubbelrum, ett tredje oberoende sovrum med tre bäddar (en dubbel och en singel eller 3 enkel) och två badrum med dusch. Lägenheten har ett värdeskåp.

Det fullt utrustade köket är utrustat med ugn, kyl, frys, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, vattenkokare och allt du behöver för att laga mat och förbereda frukost.

Loungen har en soffa och en 32-tums LCD-TV med avkodare SKY.

I vardagsrummet och i rummen finns stora fönster som gör lägenheten ljus även om den är på första våningen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was close enough in walking to the Colosseum and centrally located to a lot of great restaurant's. The place was clean and Paolo was very helpful with places to eat and visit.

Excellent location!

Paolo went to infinity and beyond to make our trip flawless. He was very helpful in getting us drivers and suggestions for grocery stores, restaurants, etc. He responded immediately to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Highly Recommend

We brought our entire family to Rome to visit our oldest child who was studying there this year. Our stay in this apartment went very well. It was well located, safe, clean, contained everything we needed and worked very well for the five of us to rest after long days exploring this wonderful city. This was a trip of a lifetime for our family and our stay at this apartment made it one we will fondly remember forever.

Roamin around Rome with the family!

This apartment had a great location in Rome! We enjoyed being able to easily walk to all our sight seeing destinations and close by restaurants and bars. Paolo was great on communication and gave us plenty of info about the area! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very Nice Apartment and Location

This apartment is right near the Colosseum and a large assortment of shops and restaurants. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations and help finding transportation for our party of 8. Air conditioning and washer/dryer are a huge plus! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice accommodations close to the Colosseum

The property worked well for our 3 day stay in Rome. It was close the Colosseum and Paolo was helpful to make reservations for transfers to the airport and from the port. I appreciate Paolo being available at anytime. Thanks!

Xmas Holiday

Despite airline losing our location that we at this date have not recovered, we had a splendid time. The accommodations were adequate for our needs and located just minutes from the Colosseum. Paola was very helpful and answered our questions. We would stay here again.

Evrything was excellent. Very near to Coloseum and the metro. The house was cleaned and very comfortable. Wifi worked very well. Quiet neighborhood. Mister Paolo was very communicative and helped us for everything. I recommend 100000% to go there.

Stay near the Colosseum

Our stay in Rome was great. Paolo was a fantastic host & very helpful. He helped our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 teens) get a ride from Roma Termini to the apartment since absolutely no one at the taxi stop wanted to help us because we had 5 pieces of luggage & 5 duffel bags. Word of advice: do not stress and take Paolo up on the offer to pick you up if you are a large family such as us. Paolo met us at the entrance and helped us with our bags. The apartment is comfortable & well appointed. The AC is powerful & kept the place nice & cool which was a welcome after exploring Rome in the heat. TV's in every room with multiple channels allowed for us to retreat & watch separate shows if we wanted. The beds were comfy & there are additional linens and pillows if needed. The washing machine was great since our total stay in Italy was 3 weeks and we had to refresh our clothes. Everyone uses a drying rack and its quite quick to dry items. The neighborhood is literally down the street from The Colosseum. That area is a madhouse of people but you are so close to so many historical places that it is mind blowing. Towards the end of our stay we started going to the righ out the door instead of left. You'll find a wonderful neighborhood with an Egyptian Obelisk & quaint bars & restaurants on Merulana street. Its a lovely tree-lined area & has a Conad grocery store with everything you need to make a great meal. Bus 85 passes right in front & can take you into the city center. Research it.

Fantastic location

This property is in a fantastic location with the colosseum in view outside the front door. Lots of really great restaurants that are reasonably priced. All the tourist attractions are within walking distance or there is always public transport which was easy to navigate. Paolo is a great host from start to finish. He organised taxi to pick us up and go back to the airport. He gave us lots of local knowledge of where places were. From start to finish he made it so smooth and easy for our stay. Thank you Paolo we love Roma

This Vacation Rental is the best choice when travelling with big groups in Rome. It's spacious - sleeps comfortably 8 people - and modern and most of all close to everything. It's conveniently located in a street that literally connects 2 main landmarks as the Colusseum and San Giovanni in Laterano and has plenty of restaurants and cafes for your nightlife. The property manager was courteous and very accommodating, we had a sick kid and he lent us a stroller and even let us check-out late with no additional cost. We'll be back and will certainly suggest to our friends and family.

Excellent Location

We only had a day to explore Rome, so focused on the Forum and Colosseum. This apartment was easy walking distance to the Colosseum. In fact we could see it 3 blocks down at the end of our street. Added benefits were the gelato shops, 2 small grocery stores, and excellent restaurants along the way. Parking was a little bit of an issue, but our host met us with helpful tips on how to handle it. Using our GPS, we found driving in and out of the center to be fairly easy. This is a great and quiet place for a family to stay in the tourist center of Rome.

Great place, great trip

Paolo is wonderful and helpful. The check-in process is very hands on, but went smoothly. We were short one bed that we expected, and with a big family that was an issue. Also, the washer/dryer wasn’t spinning properly. However, Paolo tried to get it fixed for us and offered to let us use his personal machine. Very helpful! Great location. Near everything. Definitely take advantage of Paolo’s recommendations. Every one we tried was great.

Amazing location for Rome Vacation!

My 2 children, parents, husband and I stayed at Paolo’s property during our stay in Rome. Before our arrival, Paolo emailed me a list of suggested restaurants, markets, advice on how to get around and even tips for site seeing. We visited many of the restaurants he suggested which were not only in close proximity to our apartment, but were absolutely amazing! The apartment itself is in the absolute best location! From the front door, you can see the Colosseum! There are many restaurants, shops, Gelaterie, and bars within walking distance. The apartment has 3 great sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, all the amenities of home, and was quite comfortable for 4 adults, a teenager, and a child. It was clean, cool, and the washer/dryer was an added bonus! If traveling to Rome again, I would absolutely stay here again! 10/10!

Simply the Best

If you are looking for superb, reasonably priced apartment accommodation, right in the historical heart of Rome- this is it. This SPOTLESS apartment is superbly equipped for groups of 3 - 6 with separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, excellent wifi, and comfortable beds. Honestly, nothing is left to chance as you enjoy your stay a stonesthrow from the Colosseum. Paolo is a gem- nothing seems to be too much trouble for him. he speaks excellent English, greets you personally, and checks to see all is going well. I've stayed in dozens of apartments in Rome...all very good, but NONE come close to Paolo's set-up. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere.

Convenient location and helpful/informative host

Our family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights near the Christmas holidays. Paolo was very helpful booking us a car from the airport and checking us into the apartment. We especially enjoyed his recommendations for gelato and restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment is a short (5-10 minute) walk up a one way street from the Colosseum and has has several cafes, shops, and restaurants close by. The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor of a quiet building. Overall we found the apartment met our needs as most of our time was spent sightseeing in the city. A few things to note: 1 shower is small and oriented such that you must use the handheld shower wand - otherwise water will spill out onto the floor, which could be challenging for larger or less mobile people. The common living area is also the combined kitchen, dining area, and living/tv room which has seating either at the dining table or on the couch. Finally, the street out front can get somewhat congested during commuting hours, especially the afternoon, so you should plan ahead for ordering taxis or rideshares.

Don’t book through VRBO

We had to wash all the dishes before we could use anything. The floor was filthy with a sticky residue. The shower doors are broken. Even one of the flushing buttons on the toilet is broken. It still flushes but with the weaker flush. The air conditioner works but leaves the apartment feeling slightly damp. Everything feels wet. Towels sheets furniture. But the most upsetting thing to me is that the host asks for the tourist tax in CASH on the day of arrival. We have traveled Italy from one end to the other and this is the Only property where the tax was not included in the price. I blame VRBO for letting this happen as the whole point in booking through them is to avoid this type of thing. I reached out to them and was only able to avoid paying the additional fee in cash. VRBO invoiced me the day before I checked in. You think you are paid in full and ready to check in on your trip, think again. Don’t book through VRBO.

Great stay for our Family

We loved everything about our stay!! As a family of 4 we were needing a place close to everything but also plenty of room to spread out before our cruise. It was perfect!! Two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a refrigerator to keep our beverages nice and cold! Thank you!!!
