Hemmet är avundsvärt; detta semesterhus ligger i hjärtat av det antika Rom, mycket nära den viktigaste monumentet för den eviga staden, Colosseum, även känd som den flaviska amfiteatern, och Forum Romanum. Härifrån kan du enkelt nå de andra områdena i det historiska centrum till fots eller med buss och spårvagn som bekvämt stannar mycket nära byggnaden, eller om du föredrar, med tunnelbana / tunnelbana (linje A och B) vid de närliggande hållplatserna i ' Manzoni 'eller' Colosseo '. Outstanding Rome Apartment and Host

Our recent stay at the Rome Colosseum Apartment was absolutely outstanding and truly a five-star experience. The location simply couldn't be better – we were literally steps away from the Colosseum, which made exploring ancient Rome incredibly convenient and breathtaking. We loved being able to pop out and see iconic landmarks right from our doorstep.Beyond the prime spot, the apartment itself was immaculately clean. It was such a relief to return each day to a fresh, well-maintained, and comfortable space after all our sightseeing.What truly elevated our stay was our host, Paolo. He was incredibly helpful and responsive from start to finish, providing excellent communication and making sure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness made our trip smooth and enjoyable. We'll definitely be looking to book this apartment again on our next visit to Rome!

Rome + Colesseum = Perfection

If you are looking for a comfortable stay just a short walk away from the Colesseum and Roman Forum, this is the place for you. Paolo was an excellent host, easy to contact and full of great tips for enjoying our stay. The apartment was roomy, clean, and comfortable. You are just steps away from experiencing beautiful Rome!

Comfy convenient apartment near Colosseum

We loved our stay here. Paolo was so accommodating and helpful to us. We needed to check in early and he made arrangements for our bags to be stored ahead of time and then transferred to the apartment. He also arranged our transport to the airport. The apartment was so comfortable. The location is great as we were in walking distance to the Colosseum, a host of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores and a beautiful park. We highly recommend this place.

The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the Colosseum. The rooms are large and comfortable, with all the amenities as described. There's a working elevator. The host was helpful. I would recommend this place!

Excellent location and host

Our family of seven stayed in the property and enjoyed it a great deal. Paolo was an excellent host and went out of his way to be helpful. The property was extremely convenient; within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and close to a metro station.

Great location and apartment

We had a fabulous time in Rome and Paolo’s apartment was perfect for our group of 7. Location so great and easy to navigate. Paolo was very helpful, even when one of our bags was lost on the flight over, and he gave a very thorough list of nearby restaurants, groceries, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Great time at Paolo’s pad

6 family members stayed here after our Mediterranean cruise. All were in agreement that this VRBO was as advertised. Great location and easy walking distance to the sites. Paolo had great recommendations for restaurants too. He met us at the property and thoroughly explained what we needed to know. Would stay again

Nice apartment near coliseum

Apartment was true to listing. Updated Apartment in old building. We were able to walk to the coliseum and restaurants near there, Coffee shops and markets were very close. My family and I enjoyed our stay there. I would stay there again.

Great location, clean, very friendly and helpful!

We stayed here for 3 nights (5 adults and 2 kids) Paolo was a great host and gave us some very helpful tips. The apartment was very clean and very well located. It is on the 4th floor but we did not mind that. Would book again. Grazie Paolo!

Fantastic Experience!

Paolo was so attentive to our needs, book the transfers from train to apartment and to the airport. He was always available for questions and provided us with knowledge on restaurants and booking local excursions. The apartment was great, 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. We would definitely recommend this apartment for visitors to Rome and have already given the information to friends who plan on visiting Rome. Thanks for a great stay in Rome!

Great experience!

Paolo was a great host and the apartment was all that was advertised. It was quiet and close to most of the historical places we wanted to visit. Very handy! Basic pantry supplies and coffee were provided. Paolo was helpful multiple times in giving advise for local places.

Gateway to the Sights of Rome

Our first time in Rome so we wanted to see it all and this was the ideal location. We did early breakfasts at the apartment to fuel full days of sightseeing. Good supermarket steps away and a short walk to the Colliseum. Close by subway stop gave us quick access to everything. Lots of good restaurants nearby with excellent suggestions from Paolo. Oh and we saw it all in Rome.

Spacious Apartment, Beautifully furnished, Well-equiped kitchen, Great location/owner

My family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters truly enjoyed this spacious apartment that is beautifully furnished with everything you would need. The kitchen is well-equipped. Paolo is very friendly and his favorite recommended restaurants was right on. We walked to the Colosseum, took the bus, metro, and enjoyed the nearby restaurants. The living room is spacious and so relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Taking our Mothers to Rome

Paolo’s place was perfect for our trip to Rome with our Mothers. There was plenty of room for the four of us and each mom had their own room with a king bed, as did my husband and I. We appreciated two bathrooms and a roomy kitchen area to prepare meals and play cards. The elevator was an essential addition for our aging parents. Step out the door and look right at the colloseum. Location was fantastic! Paolo was so helpful with arranging transportation from to and from the airport and with assisting us to choose tours. Thank you so much Paolo for giving us all the perfect spot to make life long memories.
