First the host and his assistant were incredibly!! They made all of our pick up from the airport and to the cruise lines arrangements. With 7 adults and 16 suitcases, I know that wasn’t easy.Richard the assistant replied back to each of our questions in a timely manner.The pictures on the website are little different than what it actually was. It’s a little used now. It not a 4 star hotel but it was great for us!I would recommend a few more games and cards in the cabinets for the guest.Thank you again for having us

Everything was perfect - the location, the apartment and the communication. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, keeping us informed and booking transportation for us. I think you'd struggle to find a better place to stay in Rome. Superb.

Loved how close to the Colosseum we were. Able to walk out of the door and see it right in front of us. Convenient to grocery store and wonderful cappuccino’s and delicious pastries. Walkable to subway and train stations. Our host was just amazing!

Paolo was the most amazing host who went over the top for our family. When TSA lost our luggage, not only did Paolo recommend an affordable clothing store option for the whole family, he went out of his way to greet the luggage drop off when it finally made it to Rome days later and we were on a day trip away from the city. He was responsive and helpful throughout our stay and the place fit our family of six perfectly. I’d happily recommend this property to all of our friends.

The place was perfect and just as listed. The host was very easy to get in touch with and was very helpful with his guides and how to things. He had us drivers on a whim and was very friendly and helpful with our stay there.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean and had great amenities. The location is wonderful. The host is great with communications and we had no issues at all. Since it is an old building, the elevator is very small, but it worked fine and we had no problems. We would definitely stay there again.

AMAZING Location!

Communication with Paolo was A. Property was in a great location. Easy to walk to many sights. Apartment was clean and perfect for our family of 9. My daughter loved the loft.

Paolo was a wonderful host. He arranged pick up for our group to and from and was always available to answer questions or concerns. The apartment was clean and very accessible to walk to major tourist sites annd shopping. Also, the metro was very close to walk to and easy to use.

Great location

Our family group thoroughly enjoyed this apartment and especially the location near the Coliseum and many restaurants. Paolo was very helpful with local suggestions and we especially appreciated that he arranged airport transportation upon our departure.

Great place super close to the colosseum

We loved this place. It was very clean, and spacious. You literally walk out the front door and see the Colosseum a few blocks to your right. We highly recommend this place.

This apartment boasts an excellent location, being within walking distance of the Coliseum and conveniently close to both a bus stop and the subway. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance, offering a wide range of dining options. The apartment itself was very spacious, comfortably accommodating five adults, with large beds available in each room, ensuring a restful stay. The host was very helpful and greeted us warmly upon arrival, providing numerous excellent recommendations on where to eat in the area. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
