We loved staying 3 nights here! So close to shopping and walking to the morro rock was only about 1 mile away. Definitely had everything we needed and will be back!

Great location

The property is in a great location with easy access to the harbor area with all the shops and restaurants. This was our first trip to Morro bay and we wouldnt want to stay anywhere else when we return.

Great view of Morro Rock, we didn’t get to enjoy the deck much due to rain. Very quiet. Good location to shops and restaurants. Having a garage for our car was a big plus.

Incredible condo in Morro Bay. View of the Bay, boats and rock is amazing. Well stocked kitchen, great location, fireplace and a garage! We’ll definitely be back.

Very comfortable condo for two. Nice temperature inside great view and balcony. Kitchen is just right size. Good clear directions for getting in and out. Very nice location also

Perfect Location

Right on the bay and right in the heart of the Embarcadero. Perfect view, nice place, cinnamon rolls right next door for breakfast. Loved everything about this place and will definitely return.

Amazing Location with an amazing view

Very clean with with a great location right on the Embarcadero with shops and restaurants out your front door. From the balcony the view of Morro Bay and Morro Rock was breathtaking.

Serious needed down time

Love this place! It is the perfect location for my husband and myself..easy in and out...perfect location. Right in the heart of shopping and dining. The views are perfect!

Fantastic views of the water, boats, and the rock. Could have spent even more time just sitting on the private balcony taking everything in, including the seals otters, and birds. I think since the location is on the south end of Embarcadero, it is a little quieter. But a short walk north puts you in the great shops and restaurants. It was really nice having the Groggy Scallywag coffee shop right next door for morning coffee and bagels/croissants/muffins. The LaRoche #3 was bright, comfortable, and was equipped with everything we could have needed. We’ll be back!

Looking for a perfect place to stay in Morro Bay? This is it! Great location, very clean, well-appointed and organized. Everything you need is in place and it comes with a parking spot. We strongly recommend it, and would gladly stay here again!

Fantastic waterfront condo with amazing views.

Beautiful upstairs unit right on the water. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved that we were right on the Embarcadero and could walk to yummy restaurants and fun little shops. It was very comfortable, especially the bed and we couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more. We’ll definitely be back.

Making Memories

Absolute Gem! We loved the location and the view. So close to everything. Everything is in walking distance. Property Management was awesome! Very accommodating, made us feel welcomed! We are already planning our next family trip to Morro Bay!
