The location was amazing, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Having a washer/dryer and dedicated parking spot was very convenient.

Wonderful location in the heart of the historic district. Parking spots very nice to have. Two bedrooms were not right next to each other, making them somewhat private. Two bathrooms in hallway close to bedrooms. Problem with HVAC was taken care of promptly. Kitchen and laundry were convenient. Quiet at night, felt safe. Would stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and fully stocked. Towels and linens were high quality and clean and beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to the riverfront and throughout the historic district. Having dedicated parking included was great. The host was quick to reply to all questions. Being on the ground level floor we did hear voices along the street, but after the weekend crowd most was soft chatter of people walking by. We did wish the back door to the apartment was more secure.

Amazing

The property is very clean, super cute and exactly as described. The location is amazing, very centric. The only suggestion is maybe more blankets in case guests are using the sleeper sofa and maybe another mirror near an outlet. We loved it and will be back.

Garden Suite residence is perfect for exploring Savannah

My family of four lives the Garden Suite and due to its location was able to explore Savannah on foot. It was clean and comfortable and we loved our stay.

Fun Weekend In Savannah

The property is in a stellar location and the two parking spots are a huge plus! We were coming in early and the Management company gave us some good options to stay busy before check in. The one thing the kitchen needed is a wine opener but it was an easy walk to CVS to get one. It was the perfect place to stay

Stellar customer service! Had issue with AC and they went above and beyond (on the 4th of July!) to fix it and make sure we were comfortable! Lovely place! Wonderful location! Walking distance to everything! Parking nice bonus! Great pillows! Gorgeous architecture and design of apartment! Recommended to all!

This was such a great location and it had everything we needed. The parking spots that it offers is the best. We had 6 guest and it was plenty big enough. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property. We will be coming back very soon.

Beautiful Apartment in Historic Downtown Savannah

The place was incredibly charming and located in an absolutely gorgeous location within walking distance to everything you could possibly want to see. We had a great stay in Savannah, made all the better by having a cozy home to come back to. The whole process of check in and check out was a breeze! Would definitely stay again

Perfect location. Terrific space.

Apartment was spacious, well appointed, clean, fresh and in the perfect location in the historic district. We just walked out our door and explored all the many things that Savannah offers. Great local restaurants, shops, bars, theaters, museums, tours were just steps away. I would stay here again!

Weekend with friends

We enjoyed ourselves tremendously on our weekend stay. Location was perfect. Parking was a huge blessing. We parked our cars in back and never touched them again until it was time to pack up and leave. The apartment was just what we needed, very nice, all the extras we needed and easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Right off one of the squares, just perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Girls weekend

We came to Savannah to celebrate my sisters birthday. There were 6 adults who stayed. We love this property as we had stayed there before. It was as great as we remembered. We did have a maintenance request while there that did not get completed but luckily it was nothing that causes issues with our stay.

Great location

We loved the location of the property and the size of the apartment. A couple of things to improve: a darkening shade for the back bedroom; more towels and washcloths (2 washcloths for each bathroom is not enough); sheets that fit the king bed; and glass for the coffee table. Otherwise we loved it. The manager was quick to respond.

Ideal for us

Perfect location in walking distance of everything downtown. Convenient parking and no stairs. Very close to a bus stop for the free shuttle services. Nice place with original brick, well appointed kitchen, comfortable king bed in spacious master bedroom. Great response from the management company to a couple issues we had. The queen bed wasn’t as comfortable as the king and that bedroom was tight. Would stay again!

Nashville unit

New unit the layout was just ok. The unit was not supplied with some of the basic kitchen supplies such as coffee filters, sugar etc. the location is in a transition area but still very convenient to walking and close to downtown.
